Wow you are all awesome the look on that family’s face said it all they were so appreciative! Takes me back to our childhood we were also poor and people use to bring us things and every Xmas some people from a bank came and took us to get new shoes and my brothers haircuts and they would take us to eat and then bring us home where my mom would be crying tears of joy and sadness we were 6siblings! There’s a whole list of reasons why people continue to have children despite living in poverty. There’s no way a person who did not grow up in those kind of conditions can emphasize unless they really have compassion to understand why these situations happen. For what is common sense to you, may not be for other people. There’s religious beliefs, there’s lack of sex education, there’s lack of education overall, lack of financial means and anyone could put in their own reasons as to why. I knew a lady who had no idea her antibiotics cancelled out her birth control and she had baby number 4. Those who criticize do so because they lack the basic understanding of what’s going on or even to express a basic human emotion which is compassion.

The fact that people are shaming families for having kids is sad as long as they are happy and the family is happy money is the last thing the comes to mind and I love the Rivera’s
Nobody is shaming them for having kids, dummy. We are shaming them because it's absolutely insane. Imagine living in a filthy shack with 4 kids and thinking "Hmmm. Another one maybe?" it's outrageous!
