Wow! I am so very impressed by all the talented, generous folks in our analog community! I thoroughly enjoyed watching every video, and I really loved seeing what notebooks, pens, pencils and other tools y’all use on a daily basis. I definitely learned some new approaches, and it was so much fun “meeting” all of y’all! Many thanks for putting yourselves out there, it was so inspirational. And many, many thanks to You, Barry, for making all this possible! We appreciate your hard work and commitment to all of us, and I wish EVERYONE God’s blessings for such a great collaboration. 😇💙🙏 Meline
I absolutely love these videos! I get emotional watching them as well. They hit differently than the normal stationery youtube videos I watch, which mostly consist of people sharing their analog tools and collections. While those are fun, they show the material aspect of notebooks, journals, etc, and these videos are of people sharing the soul side of things! They feel intimate, vulnerable, and authentic. God bless Barry, and thank you for reminding me there are wonderful like-minded people scattered all over this earth 🌎 ❤
Another great compilation, Barry! Thank you so much for compiling and creating these videos. I love hearing everyone's insights for using analog tools. Thank you to everyone for sharing your insights.
I see that my advice runs contrary to the prevailing spirit; I'm used to that. What I find so remarkable, Barry, is this: anyone starting a RUclips channel knows it can be difficult to get viewers to interact. Most viewers don't subscribe, and the majority never comment. But you, with a spark of genuine genius, have people actually making videos to send you! That is quite impressive, my friend. Brilliant, even.
Thank you so much for your very encouraging words, Duffy! And thanks too for your video contribution, which got me looking again at, and using, the yellow Papermate mechanical pencils :)
Thank you Barry and for everyone who has taken part on the channel. Lord willing, I look forward to implementing all the new suggestions/ideas into my daily note taking.
I’ve had several new book orders since being included in this video and talking about writing my memoir “Cancer Don’t Care” by hand! WOW! Thank y’all and Barry so much! ❤🙏🏻
I’m a new sub to your channel and I am throughly enjoying all of your content. I started a channel myself on journaling/planning but I find myself being too lost for verbal words to keep anyone interested. I am far better expressing my confidence on paper than speaking. Analoging has been a part of my life since 8 years old, I am now 40 and I still much prefer physical books, journals and planners than digital ones. I prefer a day trip to my local library or bookstore than going to Miami Beach for a day. Call me weird but I’ll take it😂
if, like me, you're a chronic overthinker, try using ink 'n' paper. The Gen. Zee ipad is not for me with my meditative coffee. take the humble grafite pencil from the drawer every time you go out the door. Place it prominently behind your ear carry it there all the year. spend just one dollar on a notebook then reflect upon the jottings that you took. record all the joy and pain take time to breathe again. journal, sketch , write a thank you or just doodle whatever you want to.
