I'm the same way. I always write out my ebay stuff. Thanks for the websites. I have added them to my files. I joined a Facebook group that IDs them. I can't believe how fast they ID people's dolls. That Snow White is so pretty!

Great video Sabrina. Very informative. I’ll be using those websites you mentioned for sure! I like how you said not to spend too much time trying to identify them. I’m very guilty of that. Often I waste so much time on identifying an item only to find out it’s not worth much.
I notice all I do that all the time. I have to remember to listen to my own advice 🤣
True it's not good to spend too much time going down a rabbit hole to identify a doll but in order to become a true connoisseur you have to do the things no one else is willing to do, I suggest setting the item aside and continue more research another time, this is for those who have the time or the determination to eventually become an expert. I have to say I spend way more time researching than listing and I'm ok with that for now. But like you said you have to know when to give up and I do agree sometimes you just have to let it go.

My niche listing i tend to be very picky but for other niches even if i know it a just lot it because what i focus on and what people come for is my niche.
So yeah you need to manage the time for your repeating audience and loot the rest that you just want to get rid of and maybe dont know that much about sometime.

Another way to get information is to find advertisements on the dolls like manufacturers info, vendors, sale flyers, magazines and commercials. If you can find information like this it's nearly error free. Unfortunately it takes a few people to copy an incorrectly listed item and many others to follow resulting in the Internet being flooded with wrong info. My expertise is jewelry, mostly custome I can't tell you how often I see errors, example Di which was a cruise ship that gave out charms by Diamond International people often confuse this with Dior.

Just curious, what percentage of you're buyers are repeat buyers. I'm trying to get mine up, but on average I'm only around 2%. So far this year, I'm up to 3.3%, but media is extremely competitive with the massive sellers.
