Smart too, never even tried touching on the "Worcestershire sauce" pronunciation LOL Long shot but if that editor happens to read this, for future ref it's pronounced wuss-ter-sha but the -sha is usually missed off. For the past 50 years, and back to my great grandmother for at least 70 years before that, just called it "Worcester (wuss-ter) sauce". It's less tongue-trippy, once you know how to correctly pronounce "Worcester" of course ;)

Great job Greg. We also process our own deer. When it comes to the back strap we cut them into "butterfly" steaks. Take that thick cut you made and go down the middle till there is just a little meat left to hold the two sides together. They make it a bigger steak and still so good! I'm going to try that marinade you made as well!

I was actually looking at the very first scene with the mountain runoff. I'm sure there's gold in that pile. I tried panning a tiny runoff in a creek last summer and found a bunch (20 specs) of fine gold. I just hope the mound will be there next summer... The recent heavy rain and flooding might have cleaned out the creek...
