it's really heartwarming to see a project from Pakistan that can compete in the international market. The cinematography and storytelling is so engaging and thoughtful. you can just feel that it's been made by people who love what they're doing and are not just doing it for the sake of quick dollar.

The cinematography is breath-taking! It is what dreams are made of. The story line keeps you wanting for more. But Sanam is the real gem that holds it together. The range of emotions she is showing while not giving away too much but just enough is mind-blowing! I think only she could have played this charater amongst all else. Fawad looks like he is acting like his real self.

The makers need to understand that if the story is good there is no need for inappropriate scenes. Creativity does not need such content. Our dramas are known for being family friendly. Love and emotions can be shown through dialogue, eyes, etc without needing close scenes, as has been shows through years in our dramas. Just because it is from another platform does not mean that we should abide by such things. It actually reduces the audience because many are not comfortable with watching such scenes with their family, etc.

When I watched the first episode, I thought that it's an Indian drama because it's being telecasted under Zee5. But, when I found out it is a co-production with Pakistanis, I was seriously heart broken. It's already difficult to raise our kids in between people of different religions in west But, it becomes even more difficult when our own get involved, and then further promote these things. May Allah protect us and our future generations.
This serial is pure art and has a lot of depth that people would oversee. To everyone who thinks that this serial is pure fiction or horror has to go in depth story of rituals and satanic symbolism that connect this world to the other world and this exists in real life, as to my knowledge these rituals does not work exactly, in fact you need to sacrifice something in order to get something and that something is not always what you desire it's purely satanic and satanic things does not revolve around purity. The book Mahtab gifted has symbolism on it and my theory is that she died doing some sort of ritual and now he(the old guy) keeps on trying to meet his desceased lover's soul and in order to meet her he keeps on sacrificing people. And the stone at the back of each person symbolizes the heaviness of the building built upon their graves .The upcoming episodes will definitely expose a lot. The story is basically about unrequited love. Love for any person or unfinished goal can be a huge regret. This place is the home of people who have lost themselves in pursuing their dreams .... And life hasn't given them a second chance. But it's just fictional...... God has made this life so. It's not meant to fulfill all your goals.

Why is everyone shouting Netflix this and Netflix that.. it's on an OTT platform Zee5 and last time I checked.. it was a very good one. They released this on RUclips only because there is some problem of payment gateway for zee5 in Pakistan and the makers certainly didn't want the Pakistani people to miss out on a home grown product.. especially of this stature and hype.

They were playing with each other through apricot in the opening scene and later on, the old man asked his elder son to bring apricots next time. Every thing is meaningful and connected in this series. Brilliant 🙌

Her voice, her unmoving expressions containing pounds of messages, and her simple way of sitting......It is an Oscar worthy performance
Its a wow serial for aesthetic people who can appreciate experimenting and variety, Sanam looked cute, Throughout the episode I felt the presence of my mother who passed away ten months back 😢

after watching numerous hindi, koren, thai, chinese, turkish, pakistani and english serials, finally i watched this episode and am glad i have finally watched what i was hunting for. Oh my God, the costumes, interiors, background music, soft tones, everything. i was not initially a fan of the starring but the theme is fantastic and they will surely make it a hit.

For those who didn't understand the first episode's premise👇 The actor in the opening scene loved a woman and wanted to marry her but after becoming a rich person. He did become rich. And then the plot shifted to the same man's older version who is still in love with that girl but it seems in between he married twice and Fawad plays the son of the old man from one wife and Sanam plays the daughter of that old man or may be the care taker who he adopted as his daughter(this is what I interpreted) .. So basically Fawad and Sanam are playing half brother and sister in this show (not the step brother sister). Sanam said in the Something Haute interview that they are playing brother and sister. And the other actor (whose name is also Fawad khan) is probably another son of that old man who is interested in men (from what it looked like in his introduction scene in the car) And now this old man is still in the belief that Mehtab - his first love is alive and wants to marry her in the presence of his whole family.
This series is bold and so are the other dramas and movies, all the dramas and movies are mere depiction of our culture. Why do people criticize this drama? After watching the entire episode i found nothing wrong with it. There are no vulgar scenes. This drama is published on an Indian channel, so why are people expecting a story that is as 'pure' as Pakistani dramas? Actually, this drama is not vulgar at all. The cinematography is breath-taking! It is what dreams are made of. The story line keeps you wanting for more. But Sanam is the real gem that holds it together. The range of emotions she is showing while not giving away too much but just enough is mind-blowing! I think only she could have played this charater amongst all else. The makers need to understand that if the story is good there is no need for inappropriate scenes. Creativity does not need such content. Our dramas are known for being family friendly. Love and emotions can be shown through dialogue, eyes, etc without needing close scenes, as has been shows through years in our dramas. Just because it is from another platform does not mean that we should abide by such things. It actually reduces the audience because many are not comfortable with watching such scenes with their family, etc.

When I watched the first episode, I thought that it's an Indian drama because it's being telecasted under Zee5. But, when I found out it is a co-production with Pakistanis, I was seriously heart broken. It's already difficult to raise our kids in between people of different religions in west But, it becomes even more difficult when our own get involved, and then further promote these things. May Allah protect us and our future generations.

This serial is pure art and has a lot of depth that people would oversee. To everyone who thinks that this serial is pure fiction or horror has to go in depth story of rituals and satanic symbolism that connect this world to the other world and this exists in real life, as to my knowledge these rituals does not work exactly, in fact you need to sacrifice something in order to get something and that something is not always what you desire it's purely satanic and satanic things does not revolve around purity. The book Mahtab gifted has symbolism on it and my theory is that she died doing some sort of ritual and now he(the old guy) keeps on trying to meet his desceased lover's soul and in order to meet her he keeps on sacrificing people. And the stone at the back of each person symbolizes the heaviness of the building built upon their graves .The upcoming episodes will definitely expose a lot. Terms like aalam-e-misaal and aalam-e-lahoot are not often used. Extremely excited for the upcoming episodes. Great work.

LGBTQ people have existed for thousands of years and will exist for thousands more. Especially in South Asia. They have created the country and created so much for everyone and are proudly defending the land from instigators. And the story of Lut, it's a story of forcing oneself onto others because of their appearance and instigating r*pe. Not because they were LGBTQ. Open your eyes and mind. People of Lut weren't LGBTQ, they were full of lust greed and toxicity. They were lost in their world of s*x instead of doing far more important things. Allah made LGBTQ people and the hatred they face from wider community is terrible. They should not be killed or harmed for existing. These barbaric laws in Pakistan and other countries were put in place by the British colonists and Wahabis. If you are so against LGBTQ community then stop listening to Buleh Shah and other revered Sufi poets and others as they were also part of the LGBTQ community. So was Mahmud of Ghaznavi part of the community. People from LGBTQ community have done far more for the society at large than those who hate them, especially when it comes to liberation of people and for freedom. There are many in the Palestinian movement actively doing so much more for Palestine than those who are against the LGBTQ community as well.

For those who didn't understand the first episode's premise👇
The actor in the opening scene loved a woman and wanted to marry her but after becoming a rich person. He did become rich. And then the plot shifted to the same man's older version who is still in love with that girl but it seems in between he married twice and Fawad plays the son of the old man from one wife and Sanam plays the daughter of that old man or may be the care taker who he adopted as his daughter(this is what I interpreted) .. So basically Fawad and Sanam are playing half brother and sister in this show (not the step brother sister). Sanam said in the Something Haute interview that they are playing brother and sister. And the other actor (whose name is also Fawad khan) is probably another son of that old man who is interested in men (from what it looked like in his introduction scene in the car)
And now this old man is still in the belief that Mehtab - his first love is alive and wants to marry her in the presence of his whole family.

According to Muslim religion such so called dramas & movies are not allowed, these are only our cultural values and those are not allowed in Islam.Girls without hijab and husband wife lying down on one bed, there is no flexibility for such things in Islam. So we shouldn’t be having double standards.
