is kafka able to trigger luka's break bleeds with her abilities? if so, will the dmg actually be as big (maybe even bigger) with proper builds and setup as in the video? i was thinking about it because i recently got kafka and my e6 luka has been collecting dust since he came out lol
Yes Kafka can proc Luka's break bleeds & the DMG is too big. I used that team once in 1.x patches. Don't know how Kafka can perform against Hoolay cuz there's no lightning weakness
Kafka can detonate Luka's break bleeds though in a luka based break team such as the one in this video, ruan mei and silver wolf are more important. It mostly only comes up when the enemy is already all physical weak since otherwise silver wolf is needed.
