Your wick is upside down you’re supposed to put the wick on the bottom and that would help so it doesn’t leak out so you got a flip it over the wick the metal piece is supposed to go on the bottom so then it won’t be lob cited and then you put the WIC through the metal piece on the top and you wrap it around the metal piece that stays in place
But I love your videos you’re an amazing human I live in Naples Florida so I get to live by the beach every day but you have helped me get through so many bad things in my life and I love you so much you are my favorite RUclipsr of all time so thank you for doing what you do and keep on bringing the Spirit of God love happiness and joy you are an amazing person

I believe the round metal circle that you have on the metal cross bar is actually supposed to be in the bottom of the candle. Use the tacky stuff on the bottom of the metal circle of the wick and push the tacky stuff on the bottom metal disk on the bottom inside middle of the candle to seal the hole. Then, up top you wrap the actual wick through the hole on the metal crossbar - that way you can make it taut (a pencil works well as the cross bar. You are a sweet friend to always be thinking of thoughtful ways to bless others. Happy Valentines Day!💕

I really appreciate how you show us your "fails" as well as successes when trying DIYs or recipes. I meant to tell you that when I watched you making gingerbread houses this Christmas. As a person who struggles with perfectionism (I'm not sure if you do sometimes too), it is so nice to watch someone who promotes trying and practicing and still finding joy in the process and learning, even though the end product may not be perfect. Hey Allison, if you put the silver part of the wick on the bottom of the candle and use sticky tape or that tacky stuff to keep it still whilst you fill up the wax that should work. Thank you so much for sharing everything so kindly and happy valentine's day

When we have nice empty jars from candles we usually reuse them by putting scented tea candles in them. They lasts for 4-5 hours so you do not have to worry about falling asleep while they are burning. The ones from IKEA are my favorite.

Our little Rottweiler girl came into our life 2 years ago on Valentine’s Day! We are Canadians but we were in Phoenix Arizona on vacation and bought her from a breeder there, so we named her Phoenix 💖. So Valentine’s Day is double special for us🐾🐾🐾🐾

Hi, I'm a small wax melt/ candle maker over on Etsy/ tiktok/ insta (cozy conductions)
&& that silver part goes on the bottom to help it stick. Another trick you can use it to just pour the wax into the mold and while its still curing stick the wick in and be sure to cut it 1/4 before burning to prevent and incidents. Also for fragrance you can get them on amazon! :) Have a happy valentines day!!

There is a waaaayy easier way to get wax out of candle jars!!!!! Pour boiling water in jar and let it cool completely. The wax melts and all goes to the top of the jar and once cold pops out in one wax piece!!!! ♥️

You can also place your jarred candles in a pot of water on the stove on low to melt the wax.

in the future...you can put a whole potato in the microwave (with skin on) - just poke a few holes in it first (with knife or fork). Cook for 5-6 minutes on high. Can't wait to try this recipe for my GRANDPUP!

I feel like you’re missing the little silver bases to the bottom of the wick to stop it leaking. Mot sure what they’re called but usually that acts as a stopper for the base! Loved all of your gorgeous decorations, so many cute DIY ideas 🥰x
The metal piece you have on the bottom, goes on the top of the wick to hold it in place (center it.) =)

love you Allison and happy valentine’s day! Something i do with my old candles is actually pour in hot water on top, and then the wax melts and it all goes to the top- leaving you with a little puck of wax! i learned this a couple years ago and it’s such a game changer

You could try to hot glue around the wick at the bottom to seal the hole!
Next time dump a little quarter of wax on your paper and when it’s half cooled try to push it over the wick on the inside? Maybe it will not melt from the hot wax enough to leak?
