Based on their initial face off and what she heard of Benimaru about thr possible result, she knows Momiji is stronger than her. (Momiji even said she's holding back but she still could've killed Albis. That's crazy). So Albis already opened up her her mind and accepted the fact that if she couldn't be his wife, she could be Beni's concubine.
In the manga...I think it was second wife not concubine. It's a custom in that world...to have more than one wife. So it was more a battle for first wife.

My head canon with Shion's button: We know that magical equipment (basically anything soaked in aura or magicules....so basically everything) actually slowly fuses with the individual. Essentially the more its soaked in your aura then it'll eventually become a part of you. Aka you can manipulate it, regenerate it if its damaged, and it grows more powerful. SO WHAT IF Shion's outfit has already fused with her to the point she can power her into the button to strengthen it.
LOL. That is just my pure passion for One Piece. Seeing Toei absolutely pop off for certain scenes is still extremely hype even if I knew what was going to happen (like Shanks vs Kidd). I also definitely forget some details because it's like 2 years between the manga chapter and anime episode that adapts it. I'm also very transparent and say I've read the manga and even advertise my live streams for the chapters in the videos themselves. I even said recently I knew who the Egghead traitor was but I was interested to see if any anime onlys could find out before they revealed it!

The only change ... they made is that Hakuro is already back before this audition and was informed about Momoji ... so the bickering with beni happened then... And while him returning just at that moment is a bit too convinient ... over all I like the change ... so Thumbs Up anime its been a while since I just could say you done good you done very good One thing the anime does not elaborate on ... for monsters females have full control over pregnancies .... if the female does not want to get pregnant unless you are far far more powerful she will not .. and high enough monsters can control their pregnancies like Kaede did ...
Spoiler Alert if you haven't read the light novels: - Benimaru will eventually end up with both Momiji and Albus. I won't say how. - Galbiru will eventually have a girlfriend in the form of a feisty, powerful feline.
