I really hope you're all enjoying watching how to pipe these cupcakes. If anyone would like the recipe for my buttercream you can find it here: ruclips.net/video/tJ_T9WJEgXg/видео.html. You can also find link to all the tools and piping nozzles in the video description.
I found the hydrangea flowers very difficult to pipe with room temperature and stiff American buttercream. I just can't get them to stay the pretty square shape you piped. Any tips greatly appreciated.
Excellent tutorial, thanks. Very well explained. The trick to pipe straight onto the square parchment instead of using the scissors to transfer it is very good.
Lynz, you do such beautiful work! And you are SO pleasant to watch. You are so precise and explain everything so well while also giving us a good view of what you are using. I am 65 and slowing down a bit so I was all with you until we got to the hydrangeas and then you lost me! Nothing to do with your teaching...it's just me! lol! They are one of my most favorite flowers but I am having a really hard time mastering them! In fact, all three of my favorites are on these cakes. I gotta tell you, though...if mine looked that beautiful, I don't know if I could eat them or if I'd just sit and look at them! So beautiful and amazing...thank you so much, my dear.
Very pretty! I have always wondered how to make a buttercream peony and you did an excellent job demonstrating how. I didn't know that JEM tip #123 is used. Very creative and informative video. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much! I find your videos so easy to follow and just the right pace! Your voice is so calming. The outcome is surely something I am inspired to achieve. I made these for a bridal shower and I received so many compliments. Thank you again!
I love the flowers that you made they're beautiful and those hydrangeas are completely beautiful part of me is even afraid to even try but that was the perfect cupcake thank you for sharing and as always keep caking
U make them look so easy and they are very beautifully done and explained. Ive always been nervous doing buttercream flowers i make sugsrpaste or flowerpaste flowers... i really enjoy ur videos and will give these a go. Thank you for sharing x
These are beautiful 💐 I am going to try this for mothers day. You explain everything really well in your videos, thank you so much for sharing your skills 🤗 xx
I love it and how simple you have made piping these flowers. Other videos make it look very complicated. Thank you so much for making this easier for us. 🙂
I imagining in a party and have this delicious and beautiful cupcake 🧁🤔definitely I will not eat it. Because is gorgeous 💖💖💖 You are very professional 👏🏼👏🏼
Hi Lyn, I absolutely love watching your videos and learning how to make beautiful floral cupcakes. Just a question, I use wilton gel colours to colour my buttercream. However I have found them quite dull in colour. Does the colour splash brand provide a brighter and vibrant colour? X
I am amazed how something can look so difficult and so easy at the same time ! The finished cupcakes look so lovely and difficult to make, if you know what I mean.
Hi, I've just measured them, they are 5cm across the bottom, 4cm in height and around 7.5cm across the top when they are in the little container they come in. I hope this helps. Also I am so pleased you like them.
These are pretty! I love how detailed ypur instructions are. I do have a question though, how do you store frosted cupcake? I'm worried that the frosting might create moisture. Do you decorate them a day before delivery(if you're selling them) or the day of delivery
Oh my gosh! I must have been meant to watch this video today. I have been struggling so much with buttercream frosting and not understanding why it's the way it is!! what I mean is I would make my buttercream frosting and it would be perfect and then it would sit on the counter and turn into an air bubble filled mess! I kept watching videos and wondering what I was doing wrong now I know I'm not doing anything wrong that's just what happens when it sits! I was literally going crazy. Thank you so much for this video. How do you remove the air bubbles in a large bowl of frosting after it's been sitting? Or should I just keep to making my frosting right when I'm ready to use it?
I love love your videos, but you should also write a book. I would buy it in a heartbeat. One that is very bright and clear like your videos, with tips and techniques, like a reference book, with side-by-side comparisons of the tips like you did with the 2D and 1M. It is sometimes hard to start and stop a video whilst actually decorating, but having a visual image would be helpful. Having food allergies and intolerances often means baking our own stuff, so I make it a point to make sure it doesn't look homemade. Thank you so much!

Verry nice
Hello! How long do you leave the buttercream flowers on the parchment paper to dry? Or do you just do it right away?
Hi Sumaiya, I usually pop them into the fridge. They don't take too long to firm up, maybe around 15 minutes and you can add them onto your cakes.
