- Here's another silent technique massage video. Head and neck this time with a more ASMR feel with the raw audio. Any massage can be improved by a great head massage so here are a few of my favorite moves. Also sorry this video took a bit longer to come out but I've made a big change recently that I'm excited to share with you all! In the meantime enjoy the video.

I watched to pick up some techniques but kept zoning out as if I was the one getting the massage. I've had head and neck massages before so I think my brain triggered those memories and I relaxed as if I was getting the massage again. Thanks for sharing, have a fantastic holiday season!

Finally an ASMR video with no talking (the single “relax” was ok) yet you can hear the scratching/rubbing sounds. My only suggestion is to avoid the ambient room sounds (air conditioner?) and lower the volume of your intro music. Otherwise, perfect! Thanks.

Would it be ok to have a massage just on head and neck for an hour. Or better to balance out with somewhere else?
If someone asks me this, i quite normally will do 30 mins on the neck face and head. Then do 30 on the feet to enhance relaxation.
