On the subject of the SH Figuarts Street Fighter line, the "Outfit 2" names refer to the fact that these are technically based on Street Fighter 6. SF6 featured redesigns for all of the returning characters, with "Outfit 2" being their classic designs.
I know they won't but I hope someone picks up street fighter 6 for some figures I'm loving the Jada figures but as an sf fan I'm kinda burnt out with 2 lines making classic outfits for the same characters and all the actual sf6 outfit 1 stuff is made by more expensive lines with the Revoltech juri and storm collectibles Luke and Ryu, hope someone like figuarts or others end up making the newcomers because I really want figures of characters like Marisa, Manon, Aki or Jamie

Since it wasn't mentioned, the Ultra Marines Terminator is a megafig, priced at $50, iirc. Also of note is a price increase from $20 on the last wave to $30 for this wave of 7 inch figures.

A smiling superman head?! Christmas has come early! It probably won't work, but I want to try to fudge that onto Mafex Superman. If it doesn't work, I'll put this with the upcoming Wonder Woman. I'm with you on that belt though. As soon as I saw it, I thought "classic? Action Comics #1000 is classic, this is... something". Definitely wouldn't mind getting a lighter AC1000 Superman redeco to swap with or a retool of this one with the classic belt, but it's still not that big a deal.
Belt loops in his trunks. My idea is to swap heads with this "classic" and the "Hush" figure--which has belt loops on his trunks and plain yellow belt. I also plan to get the figure that comes with Kyrpto. All this time I have avoided DCmacverse Superman, and here I am about to get 3 just to get a definitive Kal figure.🙉🙈🙊
The new SHF SF are "outfit 2" because the classic outfits are the outfit 2 in SF6. Kind of a weird roundabout way of making SF6 products while reusing their older SF SHF figures.

Please note: this is totally not a "well, actually" moment. This is just me espousing my love for a character. G2 Megatron was a beast in the short lived G2 comic. There's a one page panel of him in that comic where he's frothing at the mouth running straight ahead with guns blazing that still lives in my mind rent free. And Cobra helps him become a tank in the first place. That story in and of itself is awesome. That shoulder mounted cannon he sports? It's a Cobra rail gun.

Your channel got me back into this hobby after I stopped when I went to college in the 90s. The fact you have to tell some viewers if you don’t like it you don’t need to purchase it is still insane to me. And keep going with the “Tales from the Tubs” series. They’re great.
Robo is such a rolemodel. I came for the toys and info, but I definitely stayed for his personality and commentary. I can watch this man talking about stuff he doesn't really know much about for hours, and I always see him speaking facts about the hobby, and lessons about life if you think about it.

Robo, as a Warhammer 40k fan, I must say your description of the Ultramarines Terminator and Wolf Guard are absolutely on point. The only difference is that Space Wolves are insufferable Mary Sue space furries who just win every fight they're in and get WAY MORE EXCLUSIVE SHIT THAN EVERY OTHER SPACE MARINE CHAPTER (FUCK YOU, LEMAN RUSS!) But the World Eaters are exactly the kind of character you'd _love._ They literally just run around with chainsaw axes screaming their lungs out and hacking people to bits. That's basically all you need to know, no in--depth 3 hour video essay needed.

In regards to the lack of smiling Superman figures, there was actually a really great classic superman figure this year that came with a smiling head. The mezco 1/12 collective classic supes, one of my favorite pieces on my shelf, very pricey tho.
I think think the smiling Superman head looks cool but I wish the cape was more resting down so I don't need him and today is my 19th birthday so can you please wish me a Happy Birthday🎉? Thank you Robo.

If that price is legit that's a heck of a deal, but the only way I can see that being real is if Target got with Hasbro on dropping the price so they won't have to worry about something peg-warming for a while like some of the other Star Wars stuff, among other things.

SHF also rereleased the Droids from Ep 1. I almost missed preorders if it were not for a post that showed them. Didn’t really seem like they provided much information they were going for a second run.

I know that for me it's absolutely a joyful distraction, having a busy day at work, coming back and helping put up Christmas decorations, watching some TV and a movie with the family, but a slight dose of messing around with an action figure after all that is a really great way to wind down.
@@TheFwoosh essentially, yes. Fighting games tend to do this now after giving a character a big redesign, just to vary up the looks while still keeping the iconic look in the game as an option.
I’m dreaming of the day Jada toys gets ahold of a property I know about, I’m so impressed with their street fighter figures but I just can’t justify buying a hole line for a game I don’t play
There's nothing wrong with cherry picking! I don't play Street Fighter either, but I'll get a Ryu and Ken for my Super Smash Bros collection and a Blanka and Vega just because I always liked how they looked. If Dhalsim comes with some swappable extended limbs, I'll pick him up too. But after I get those 4 or 5, I'm out. No stressing about completing a line. Just picking up some neat looking characters and calling it a day.

That Clone actually isn't a Lieutenant, is a phase 1 501st Clone Trooper, that is the one that appears in the Ahsoka show.

Technically speaking the 501st Phase 1 is a live action standard 501st trooper and not a lieutenant. There were standard 501st troopers in Ahsoka.

It's called outfit 2 because the characters all got pretty big redesigns for Street Fighter VI. The second outfits are their more classic looks.

Shf has the street fighter 5 license and in that game the classic outfit is the costume 2
