Goose's size is bigger than a Duck. Southern part of Chinese people love Grilled Goose more than Duck, Goose is more expensive than a Duck in the South of China. Peking Duck is very famous dishes in the Northern Part of China

FYI - Hong Kong street food was banned by the British since 1974. In 1995 Hong Kong hawkers were completely eliminated. Hong Kong is the only city in Asia that does not allow street food (hawkers). 😢
