Yes, I think it is. I got some for free a few months ago, one of them appears to be a really cheap C-Harmonica, which is in dark blue and very light. But it plays almost like a regular Special 20 from Hohner. So for me that's the best low price harmonica I had in my hands so far. The G-Harp from this video is not available yet in Germany and has the same quality as Special 20, even concerning the overblows and blow bends out of the box are quite good.
