The last several days of me recording, editing, revising, and finishing this video rapidly vacillated between nervous excitement, intense self-resentment, abject terror, and sleepy time. I would not have uploaded it if it hadn't been for some much-needed outsider perspective and encouragement from friends. So, thank you, friends.
I learned a lot from shooting this video - which is another way of saying yes, I know the camera keeps focusing on the background and then back to me. And also that the audio could be better. And the shadows are all blocky YEAH I KNOW I'M NEW AT THIS (please conveniently ignore the fact that I did in fact go to film school for four years)

JAAAAAAAAAACK I loved this video and I love you!
You have inspired me for years and continue to inspire me. A big part of why I am where I am today, why I go to therapy, why I'm so open about my mental health, it's because I grew up with you as a brother. I sincerely don't think I would be the person I am today without knowing your going-through-it stories. You inspire me to write, to speak, to listen, and to try new things. I love telling my friends about how much you inspire me and how much you've changed my view of creativity and storytelling. (You're a big reason I view video games as such an amazing method of storytelling and want to voice act in video games.) I love learning from you and seeing you grow. You are such a joy to talk to and such a joy to listen to.
    I love you, bro!

Thank you for such an honest and heartfelt video. I'm much older than you and it was such a relief to me to realize that I didn't have to worry about getting to the finish line with perfect results o r what I had envisioned as the desired result was "supposed" to be. The best parts of life have truly been the surprises of when things didn't go as planned i call them the happy accidents. this may not apply to everyone, but if helps someone then all the better.
There is an old saying that when someone tells you who they are you should believe them. While that's true regarding when people are cruel or hurtful, we forget that also applies to people who are kind, friendly and forgiving.
I wish you much joy in your journey and lots of happy accidents.
