Nero Vermillion yes it is by definition an anime is also a cartoon just animated in japan and the fact of the matter is that avatar wasn’t animated in Japan and even if it was by definition it would still be a cartoon
Have any of the Street Fighter characters won a fight with an MK character yet? I haven't watched all the match ups yet but the MK characters seem to outclass the SF characters pretty badly in the ones I've seen.
Last time I tried to watch FMA: Brotherhood on Netflix, they were missing the last few episodes (like they hadn't uploaded the last CD/DVD). I did complain so hopefully they fixed it by now.
Plus, it’s on Hulu. Actually, most great Anime are. Now that I think about it, it’s not that terrible a replacement for Crunchyroll. Oh, and Brotherhood actually has a great dub. Surprising.
As someone who has watched fullmetal and brotherhood (also read the manga and movies) and as someone who watched avatar/korra (also read the comics) I can genuinely say Aang is the better hand to hand fighter. In terms of martial arts ed can fight and has good sword play and speed but he relies on alchemy A LOT. Unfortunately eds biggest feats come from outside assistance. Unless we give ed a philosophers stone which he normally refuses to use. *Warning Avatar and Korra spoilers* Also you may be a bit confused on aang, if I know death battle they will scale ALL of aang just like they did for toph (baisically use future aang like toph from legend of korra) who CAN Metal bend. (He cant blood bend tho cause he never learned or refused to) he also never showed signs of being able to lightning bend outside of the avatar state. My conclusions: Aang would win even outside the avatar state unless they give ed the stone in which aang will NEED the avatar state tot win.
Honestly, I could see Ed using a philosopher's stone for a similar resaon that got Al to use one: Making the sacrificed lives mean something and putting their energy to a good use instead of a cruel one. Granted, it'd be against the Avatar, a great force for good, but there's been people questioning the necessity of the Avatar too in-universe so eh...
I'm giving it to Edward, as much as I prefer last air Airbender over Legend of Korra, Aang is gonna lose this battle, because look at the type of ppl Ed and Aang has Faught-(Not counting FMA) look at the enemies Aang has Faught- they fails in comparison to the enemies in FMA: Brotherhood, anyone tries to bring up: oh Aang can *disable Ed's alchemy* NO! This won't work on Ed because alchemy is nothing but pure science that is literally restricted to the laws of equivalent exchange....this fight will be determined by Pure Skill and smarts. Overall- Edward has better fight tactics
The main issue would be is if they allow Aang to bloodbend or metalbend, both of which would be fatal for Ed. Aang never been shown to do either, and the Avatar state won't help him with metalbending since Toph discovered it so none of the previous Avatars would know about it. Bloodbending is more contentious as a previous Avatar might know of it and he did resist bloodbending used against him before.
Edward (EOS) got his arm and leg back- sure ppl gonna say Aang Avatar state is gonna be a problematic factor in the fight, also while fighting- Ed can literally think on the fly, he has beaten ppl like Roy, Scar, Greed(Rebirth) envy ect. And Father (Unstable God Powers)
@@theblasblas I'm sure they will give Aang the 4 Iconic Elements, giving him the other arts that he is not very experienced in would be a waste- if Aang slip up one time on Ed it's over
@@theblasblas it's just seems settle that Ed actually Faught- a few Ppl that can use each element:a Water user, wind user, Fire user and Earth user and all of them was strong :/
Avatar vs Alchemybrotherhood how are they going to pull it out ? although I am an Avatar fan I think Alchemybrotherhood is going to win.BTW the commun feather is element bending
Next time: A battle between two masters of the "Elements". Aang: Master of bending the four primary elements of nature. Ed: Master of alchemy and the periodic table of elements. If I was to get in on their conversation. I also think that Aang has the advantage in the next matchup. Granted, Edward has the advantage in hand-to-hand combat (no powers), has more experience in fights to the death, and is scientifically/academically smarter than Aang. However, while more passive due to his upbringing with the monks, thanks to the Avatar state, Aang has the combined might and experience of all the previous Avatars at his command. Lastly, to better explain Edward's powers, he can transmute things alchemically without the use of a transmutation circle. Transmutation involves three stages: Comprehension, Decomposition, and Reconstruction. He first has to fully understand the item or materials he plans to transmute, then decomposes the target down to its base components, then reshapes it into the form he chooses. While there are different ways to perform alchemy in his world, he follows the principal of "Equivalent Exchange", where the alchemist must give up of something first in order to obtain something else of equal value.
@@MrAuthor3DS not saying he has the power to. I know Aang would win, I just think it would be a cool fight. There are alot of death battles that were stomps but they were fun, like Crash vs Spyro, Goku vs Superman and Venom vs Bane

Also, even if Superman couldn't continuously draw power from the sun he still would have won, just from the feats they showed Superman was still alot stronger and faster than Goku. I do agree on Thor vs Raiden

@@ahlpym To clarify he and his friends ran away from combustion man until they got lucky and he selfdestructed. His explosions also weren't instant kills and they got hit a few times. His attacks also had a considerable chargeup, and a biti of travel time. Ed has a much more diverse moveset and is much, much smarter than either combustion man or Aang. stop talking shit true, don’t forget there where other characters before that battle that focus on not to take life’s, but did if they could, so that’s not holding them back.
Once again, I'm not best pleased about the fact they allowed Johnny Cage to use a non-canonical minigame to serve as a feat without anything of equal equivalence or better in order to back it up. That's the exact same shit they pulled with Sub-Zero vs. Glacius, and it's literally the ONLY reason Sub-Zero beat him. I'm glad to see though that even that didn't save him
Technically, isn't ANYTHING in the mainstream games canon? They've done things like that for years, most notably having Toph win vs gaara because of a random note in a bts episode
@@ItsBasiKC Well, it's not so much the issue of using the feat from the mini-game, it's that they didn't show anything else within the game's canonical story to back up the diamond smashing feat.
