I do use packout but rarely the full height ones. I have some for pro press fittings and electrical but that's exactly the way I want them and adding more sepraton wouldn't help. Shallow half size are my bread and butter for packout. I do see the appeal in this for sure and it's good they came up with something for the dead space in thr middle. That would drive me nuts!
I love the packout stuff too I have almost every size. They are very user friendly and I love to be organized so they work great for me ……. I like the small ones also they are good for individual tools each one has their own place. I can’t wait for all the accessories that are at pipeline to come out.
Agree. For small parts the half depth packouts are the way to go. I want all my small parts on top and visible. Not having to dig through bins to find stuff. That's a good way of spilling everything. These big bins only hold bigger fittings and bigger screws in quantity. 1 1/2 fasteners and up.
Packout is the toyota/lexus of the storage world expensive sure. But it's advantages to me is everyone makes stuff for it and it's not going away anytime soon. I would have hated buying to the kobalt system and they discontinued it already. Sometimes it's good to be 🧟♂️ one of us! 🍷
I have had good luck printing my own dividers for Milwaukee packout and Dewalt
