Usually on airbags, the diagonal monitor wants to see around 1.8-3.0 ohms (don’t complain if I’m not dead on) but the monitor wants to see evenness in the resistance. When they start to hang out high, it’s usually a connector or wiring at or near the connector that’s off. Sometimes just disconnecting and reconnecting the plug is enough to get rid of terminal fretting (oxidation). Good job.

I don't see any water that needs displacing, so why are you using water displacement 40? I'd use electrical contact cleaner then deoxit.
