- In this video I have shown our Easter celebration. Easter dinner party with friends and family. For Easter we made BBQ of different meat. Chicken legs, drumstic, chicken breast cubes, meat balls- mutton kofta, paneer etc. we also made chicken Briyani as main course and milk payasam for dessert.
For Barbique all meats were marinated for few hours before making it.

Marination for BBQ: ginger garlic paste, tumeric powder, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice.

Brings back my nostalgic memories in late 1970s to 1985 as how we Indians used to travel coast to coast to attend atleadt half a day of these togetherness in UK.We used to have outside garden parties only at times . Those days we did mostly indoor roasting and grilling because of the dull and cold weathers 😒😒😒But now because of the climate changes its getting warmer to do out side grilling.Here in Canada we can only do barbecues outside in July and August and people will enjoy those months with all our beaches opened🌞🌞🌞⛱️⛱️⛱️.
