Portugal is a beautiful place for photos. And, I've actually been to the lighthouse where I went on today's photography vlog before. But, I didn't expect to find this angle as I wandered along the coast to the south. In fact, I didn't even think I would be photographing the lighthouse at all. As I was hiking, though, the perfect view came up. This might be my favourite new spot in the Algarve.

Wow. Only saw this video now and went there about 2 weeks ago. I went for the sunrise tho. Think I got some awesome photos as well (the one I liked the most was a 2min exposure). Will come back there later for sure.

That is quite an epic location! I'm glad the skies worked out well for that photo! Even the weather forecast can be misleading at times. A little luck or faith goes a long way. Despite the sunny forecast, I remember going to a location at Theodore Roosevelt National Park in western North Dakota for sunset, but it was starting to get cloudy. However, I waited for sunset, and the clouds started to break just in time! I was able to get a really cool photo after all!
Thank goodness you are making videos again, I was really missing that in my weekly adventures! Congratulations on your new home!

I'm very happy that you're enjoying my country so much. But, hey, it's 943km of coast in such a small country. Hopefully you'll be amazed many times and we're not talking about the interior... 😁 Get used to blue skies and high haze, it's what you get 80% of the time. If you ever come to Sintra, I can show you some places! 😉 Nice video and photos.

You should use that 24-70 more often man. I just got a Sigma 24-70 for my Sony a couple of days ago and I already know it's never going to leave that body. Unless I'm doing landscape
Hi Brendan, very nice place for photos. You should have been there in 2014 during the Hercules storm. The waves came way over the edge. "HERCULES Storm @ Sagres"

I was there two times but unlikely not on your direction and location. The fog was so massiv. But your location is amazing, to the Lighthouse on the End of the World.

Brendan, really enjoying your videos. I noticed the Winston with a leveling head - is that some new option or is it Winston 2.0 legs on the Jay leveling head? Looking seriously at 3LT tripods and this combo looks awesome.
Brendan how did you get over the Anxiety of shooting travel photography in front of people or just the traveling to different places? Or are you one of the lucky people that don’t suffer from anxiety.
