There is a correction, the chat support in Ttec does not provide permeant work from home. Initially it will be work from home. After some time, they will call the employee to come to Ahmedabad. This information will be shared by the management once they have decided if they need to call the employee to the office or not. Secondly, there will be three rounds of interviews. First will be assessment, after clearing that, second will be HR round which will be on zoom meet and final round will be Ops round which will be on zoom meet. The result will be declared on the spot on both rounds HR and ops round. This is what I would like to share it. Thanks!

No, they’re all hiring for night shift. I just had interview and its not worth it at all. They’ve posted WFH vacancies but later when you enter to zoom session for interview round by HR, he will disclose about WFO from Ahmedabad, and which was very indiscipline of them to do so. They are literally opening vacancies for WFH and hiring for WFO. Also you’ll be entitled to work all day, no festivals off nothing. So I would rather say, not to even apply. (They had night shifts)

If you are new you’ll get something around 20k in hand and experienced person can get 25-30k, not more than 30k

Hi Akash, i gave the 2nd round of this job 7 days ago and i cleared that test but still i didn't receive any call or email for ops round. Can you tell me how much time they will take after the 2nd round.
