Don't miss the livestream starting at 9 PM from our Yellow Lounge in Berlin with Daniil Trifonov on Friday 8th November: ruclips.net/video/VeUEjneB7Wc/видео.html
WOW !!! THANK GOD, THAT'S SO BEAUTIFUL !! THIS MUSIC, THIS COMPOSER AND MOST OF ALL DANIIL'S SOUND AND SOUL. LET'S NEVER MORE MAKE COMPARAISONS WITH THE INCOMPARABLE !!!
He played this as the final encore at last Sunday's recital, in which he played Scriabin, Beethoven, Borodin, and Prokofiev. It was definitely one of the highlights of the evening to hear this stunning arrangement.
This filmmaker should do a montage to the third movement of David Diamond's Symphony No. 4. (When I first heard it, the image of an extraterrestrial hero planet-hopping his way to his next adventure popped into my head. It would make for the most elaborate and expensive end credits sequence in a movie, but at least people might stay and watch it.)
The arrangement is lovely, although I don't know why they had to add the theatrical effects and random landscapes. It's a little distracting, but it sounds good.
Daniil Trifonov with the Philadelphia Orchestra and Yannick Nézet-Séguin present new outstanding recordings of Rachmaninov's piano concertos. What's your favorite Rachmaninov's piano concerto?

Beautiful playing, as always from Trifonov, but why do we need a distracting video to go with it? Why should the music be reduced to being mere background for a meanlingless piece of film? I would far rather see the player doing what he does so well, in the concert hall. Why try to 'jazz it up' and make the music secondary to somebody else's visual interpretation? Solution: Listen with your eyes firmly shut! MUSIC IS FOR LISTENING TO, NOT 'SEEING'. Am I alone in thinking this?

Gracias Deutsche Grammophon!!!
Daniil the genius, his playing is such a delight.
Stunning music & I enjoyed the cinematography. Cool to see something artistic and different.
Ihrer Meinung schließe ich mich gerne an. ❤

❤❤❤❤❤
Unbelievable , Daniil . Thank you so much for playing this piece

Gorgeous. Classical music should definitely have music videos too!
I'm agree ! Enjoyed it very much. ❤
The entire cosmos of Rachmaninoff's music in a video! Thank you Daniil and DG! 💖
It is so beautyful , to listen and to see ! ❤
The video's alright, but I enjoy watching Trifonov play like no other pianist. Love his expressiveness
First time I see a classical musical video where the pianist is also an actor! Genius!
If someone told me I’d see Colorado and New Mexico featured along with Rachmaninoff’s music on DG, I would’ve never believed it. Quite refreshing.
Wonderfullllllllllll Trifonov GREAT pianist
This guy is a true musician.
Interesting graphics, perfect performance
Wonderful arrangement AND performance!
Nice transcription. Thank you.

amazing playing , Frederic Meinders
Finally something new in the classical music’s landscape 😍
See also Florian Noack, a wonderful transripter !
Something 'new'? Do you mean that appalling video?
The arrangement is lovely, although I don't know why they had to add the theatrical effects and random landscapes. It's a little distracting, but it sounds good.
If the visual can bring new audiences then I don't see why not.
I personally like the visuals
@@NarendraU23 I would prefer to watch him hit that keys instead of some random vids put together
It is presumably the artist's choice, or at least he agreed to it. It's not that bad, even if I would prefer to watch the pianist.
Fantastic! Can't wait to get his new album!
Dear Viola, the album has just been released today! Learn more here: DG.lnk.to/daniil-arrival
Wonderful!
wonderful
Que bonito! Gracias!!
I really love this kind of video

All four if played by Daniil! 😊

Is Trifonov the actor in the music video? Not quite sure with the beard game.

Great video, great playing. But IMHO you're sticking us to the so-called "clip thinking" when video doesn't match the audio.
Says Deutsche Grammophon. I'm assuming we're sharing a bit of 'his' eye.
Where I found this partiture?
Does anyone know if the score is available anywhere?😁
👍👍👍👍😀😀😀😀😀👍👍👍👍
Is there a transcription available anywhere?
So beatyfull
