Yes you can still play this game I got the old game from Offline one Christmas. Stage two is still the go too though.
I still remember in Evolve where you fought against the hunters in a strategic style. You get a map and depending on who won, there would be different circumstances. I remember the Wraith map where if Hunters won they would get teleporters the next game, but if the monster won there would be Space Rifts that would teleport you around. The last stage where the Humans had to protect a ship was also awsome since there was a wave of 2 Stage1 Goliaths every few minutes and you had to capture the checkpoints and destroy the Fuel node. I got really sad when they removed it.
I remember that! Charging into the humans base and ripping down turrets with a bunch of little Goliaths following you like a pack leader!
This game had so much potential. I remember when they first introduced the wraith and she consistently won games because she was so, so fast that they had to nerf her.

If you got evolve on steam you can go to betas and get the old version that has that game mode still.
Dude feed speed is a God tier perk why does no one like it?!
There’s so little incentive to be stealthy in Stage 2, especially against AI, so it feels totally pointless!
I wish this game didn’t shut down it was so much fun I spent hours playing this godly game I hope someone makes a server for this game cause without randomness of real people games get boring fast I love thanks for keeping this game goin

@@richardkutsera4992 yes, that's how ghost robo keeps playing stage 2. You can actually still play multiplayer, but you have to do custom games.

This game is a perfect example of a greedy studio killing a good game
I thin the main problem of the game was that it was just lame, that was also the reason wh me and my buddy stopped playing 2 days after release
blacctilly I played it until just after the first dlc when they wanted you to pay to win for the price of a new game, 1 monster, 4 hunters, and it was like $45
It was not Turtle Rock Studios, it was 2k that fucked the game. Turtle rock studios was only bought to create the game, 2k were the ones that made the decision to do the whole dlc bullshit

I was so sad to see this game "die out" (at least from where I could get on & see other players. I'd set it aside for other things, but always missed it. Seeing you play it fills me with excitement to know that I'm not the only one who enjoyed this game so much. In fact, I've already triggered the game to download once again so I can see if it'll let me play it (even if only me vs computer).

I remember checking in month after month for what felt like an eternity for Stage 2 on PS4. I was really sad to uninstall the game and wished they would have prioritized bringing the Stage 2 experience to the platform. I don't know how long it took to reach PS4 or if it even ever did but I truly thought it was a brilliant original and straight up savage game.

Goliath: All-Rounder, Kraken: Ranged Specialist, Wraith: Glass Cannon, Behemoth: Tank, Gorgon: Debuff and Stealth. Which one of these suits you? lol for me, it's gotta be Goliath just for the easy learning curve but i also love Wraith. Supernova = Death to the Hunters lol

I somehow dont see this repetitive, but i am very entertained by a simple conversation
It would be cool to see like all the monsters had there own perk like wraith harder to detect foot steps or lower footstep sound goliath can burn trees and other things to deal damage behemoth does more melee damage its hard to think about others (btw can you do some more hunter gameplay I dont care about person that you pick but bucket would be nice
out of all the monsters, Wraith is the best, she is the definition of the term "silent but deadly"

Hi, recently I decided to play evolve on my Xone again, but Gorgon and Behemoth arent unlocked and I can't buy them since the shop and the servers are down. The thing Is that, I had the definitive edition with allí characters unlocked and I even played with them before.
I dont know what to do, pls help :(((
Go back to old gen and purchase it and and log on to the new gen and it should be installed

Edit : I see you don't like sneaky moves, you,re more of an upfront monster, doing tons of damage tanking in and going out, while I prefer stealth and surprise attacks, separating the hunters or isolating my preys, but you still did a wonderful job with maxed out perks, great video man

You can all still play legacy evolve. When you log in and it says it can’t connect to the server and it asks if you want to try again just say no and you will be able to play quick play

The unthinkable had happened, Stage 2 is getting peer to peer servers. The legacy ones were down for a month and we asked for them to be fixed, didn't expect to see stage 2 back also.

I wish it never shut down. I would still play this game even with the smallest community.
Behemoth is also my best winning monster. Never lost a match with him. Played him over 100 matches and not once died I get scared of losing. I was confident but maybe because he was OP.
