i love how everyone has different takes on these things! one of my college professors had us START by making a grid of circles and lines and then come up with abstract designs from that, but it seems like most people do it the other way around. granted that project wasn’t for a logo, but a pattern design so maybe the “backwards” workflow makes more sense for that application? this video was really neat because it turns out i had already been sort of doing this subconsciously by making sure to repeat the same angles or increments of offset in my designs! :D
I like your matter of fact tutorials while containing a warm friendly vibe , no exaggerating , trying to shock ;D))) or click bate . Very professional , thank you
Love your videos sir... as a designer with 20 years experience there's still so much to learn! Your videos are done in a way that is easily understandable and is to absorb! Brava sir! I would like to ask if you have any content on the way you actually create your grids? Tutorial or even hints and tips? If so please do point me in the right direction... if not, maybe its an idea for future content? Keep up the outstanding work and content sir!
Thank you! Well, I don't use Illustrator's guides, but draw circles and vertical, horizontal and angular lines of calculative gaps to match my sketches. And, then use shape builder tool to get the design.
Pialli (hello) I have been and architect and interior designer for more than 15 years, and now I’m perusing my goal to become a graphic designer, and I must say that your videos helps me a lot to understand things that I didn’t even consider in my design process. SENCA TLAZOHCAMATI (thank you so much).
@@SatoriGraphics I think he means something like "how do we get the picture to look like this" with the lines and dotted lines, the logo in grey, etc. I'm not sure, but that's how I read the question.
I have recommendation for a youtube content where you will do an analysis of a graphic design submitted from your subscribers and giving your subscribers few tips , analyzing whether they have made a mistake or made a good graphic design
@@SatoriGraphics I began to design that logo in 2019 when I knew absolutely nothing of graphic design although I did have previously a creative talent with charcoal portraits and comic drawing. Since 2019, I began following the teachings of your channel and reading your suggested books in a disciplined manner. Also I went to my university library and getting to know the graphic design community in the internet. Thanks to that, that logo design transformed to a full brand identity design for my side business ☺and began generating some fans locally in my city.
nice tips already in this video, i wish i could take ur courses. I know it's affordable, but for my country it's not possible to do online purchases. Keep it up Satori
Man YOUR ARE FAB No really I" m glad that I already found YOU or this GG Channel! I appreciate your work you really made me SUSCRIBE You!!!!! GG Thumbnail 😍🤩
Your content is always very professional. Except for one thing: Your slogan at the end of the videos. There's nothing wrong with "design your future today", but the way you usually say it... Fast and without conviction. It reminds me of the mandatory risk warning at the end of drug ads.

I'm starting on moonograms design and this video is pretty helpful, great video
Happy to hear that thanks
How do we get the logo like this 02:10 ? Is it made seperately after creating the logo?
I'm not quite sure I understand the question. Watch the part at the end with the shape builder tool, as that's how you end up with a logo

hi
What mesh size do you have?
Study occult symbolism and the Fibonacci sequence.
It should be noted you dont need grids for logos, its helpful but its not necessary for every instance.
for sure
I wanted to buy your e-guide but can't buy it. restricted for Indians?
It should be fine for anybody anywhere
