- Voguing was born in New York City, waacking in Los Angeles. The House of La Douche combines both dance styles to entertain and connect to diverse audiences in Vancouver. Jojo Zolina founded the House of La Douche in 2006. In the early days, House of La Douche was all about promoting the uniqueness and creativity of the LGBTQ community. And that’s still important. But over the years the house has opened its doors to anyone looking for a place to belong.

Yeah, all the stories about LGBTQ folks or race or immigration or feminism seem to attract heavy dislikes, mostly because conservatives come here just to get triggered because they have nothing better to do.
I just got an advertisement with a bunch of people acting like morons in the street while claiming they are oppressed. It is like saying free speech doesn't protect "hate speech" because if it wasn't protecting things you didn't want to hear who would protest the things everyone wants to hear.
That's because most people find degenerates unappealing.

Yes, transition has been used in reference to 'trans' but it is still a verb meaning to change from one thing to another. Ex. transitioning from one job to another job. So in the sense he used it, he "transitioned" because he changed his behavior/his outward appearance.

@jandro santos it is more of an aversion to propaganda. Also the ratio gets worse for the propaganda that is attacking people. See the female ghost busters or some of the youtube videos where they talk about community right after they had a wave of censorship. Seriously why does google bend the knee to large companies? They own the majority of the advertisement business with google as first youtube as second and facebook as third.
Another issue is how the lgbt "community" kicked out police lgbt police officers after they got cucked by the terrorist group black lives matter.
I personally loath these pride parades. When the people were actually oppressed it was a great thing. But now? Most of the parades have devolved into something between an R movie and XXX.
If you want to celebrate an intrinsic part of your nature that is fine. You don't need to abuse everyone with your values. The best example is the straight pride parade that was mostly a meme. It had a gay man as a leader and people were treating it as a giant irl meme. While far left terrorists assaulted police to shut down any debate or fun.
For the TL:DR you don't need to be homophobic to be against a bunch of people being annoying in public who also claim to be oppressed. It is like the far left in America who claim Trump his Hitler while saying everyone should turn their guns to Trump. Those two positions don't make sense when put together.

I'm all for the message of being proud of yourself but the dancing is cringe. He said that he started the la douche studio in 2006 but all I see are amateur movements. I can even dance like that without any prior training. The stage outfits are also underwhelming and gaudy. I don't understand why they have stages across Vancouver if the dance is mediocre. Based on what I saw in the video it is only small outside venues that make it seem like a street performance. So what I'm saying is their message cannot be taken seriously due to the cringe.

How can you make the claim that you represent the LGBTQ community? This is probably one of the main reasons that the community gets shit on. Cause the ones that live their lives normally and don’t act like there’s some sort of struggle stay normal and quiet, while loud, shameless, flamboyant people get the voice. That’s why I don’t associate myself with that community even though I’m a guy and have a boyfriend.
