I'm 100% with you on no shrink wrap. The more I thought about it, shrink wrapping makes it look store bought instead of caring, could be one of a kind, thoughtful in time spent to find something extravagant &/or extraordinary. Besides, I can't shrink wrap due to arthritis & broken wrist.
For Easter I made several baskets that had square bottoms and I also didnt want the plush duckie in them to squish with shrink wrap so I only shrunk the bottom to about 1/3 way up and left the rest open to the top and added a bow inside the basket. They came out very nice that way.
Love all three baskets!!! Thirty or thirty-five dollars is just right!!! PS: Sure wiuld love to see a bow-making tutorial from you!!! You may already have one, so I'll check it out first!!!

BTW, you provided a great idea using empty boxes as a platform. I've stocked piled free small shipping boxes from Dollar Tree & Michael's as bottom basket fillers, but now I can also use them as pretty display containers! Whoo hoo! I've learned alot from you as well as feel good after watching! I'm a stickler for following the law by not stealing USPS boxes, suggesting the use of EBT cards to buy candy for baskets (kids need to be fed!) &/or selling wine & liquor without a liquor license. Claudia, you are truly an inspiration! 🎉

@@lissa4306 that’s great that your a stickler for following the law but who are you to be so judgmental of other people and what they do or or don’t spent their food stamps on maybe that’s the only means for them to purchase , you don’t know their story ,please get off your high horse and holy than tho attitude…it’s so called christian’s such as you that’s always judging folks and you or no one else is perfect….their is basket designer here on you tube that always testifies how she went from being on food stamps (that she used some of to buy her candy) and section 8 and now makes over 5 figures…. so please stop being so judgmental of others and just worry about yourself, this business can maybe help them become successful and prosperous…you know like you.
