It's time to do some cold calling!
Yep, I know I've said in the past that I do not like cold calling, but it can be an essential part of your business, and since my channel is all about real estate investing for beginners, I'm doing it for you guys! Today I'm cold calling the "Secret Zillow List" I learned about from Brent Daniels over at TTP.
This is one way to find a tired landlord for your real estate wholesale business, or even to find a property to buy yourself. It's also a good way to find cash buyers!!

Hi Lili. If one is a Wholesaler calling the owners of a property or the seller Agent, do we say we are wholesaler's looking to help an investor help them out by buying the property from them to take it off their hands and that we plan to assign the contract to the investor once we have signed the contract papers for the property?
