Omg it’s so crazy two days ago I checked you channel for this exact video but didn’t find any, I love all of your videos and how explanatory you guys are ! It’s so funny you posted it today 😅
Hi! Is it enough to just use 70% isopropyl alcohol to disinfect tweezers (soaking it like you did the barbicide) after cleansing with warm soapy water?
Love this video !! Question, after you soaked in Barbacide - you rinsed with tap water, does distilled water make a difference? I heard once you rinse with the tap water it becomes dirty again - is this true?
What would you suggest about disinfecting an eyelash extension cleaning brush (mine came in the box with my eyelash shampoo to clean at night) After I accidentally dropped them in the sink?
Hey Jina! Yes. It’s different. You don’t need to dilute cs20 to use, but it also lasts 14 days. Compared to barbicide where you dilute it (only need to use a small amount), but it’s to be disposed at the end of every day.
@@jinac751 Hey Jina! You should actually check with your state/local salon requirements. Most states allow barbicide. But some states actually require cs20.

LOL!! That's so funny. Great timing 😂❤️ PS. thanks a bunch for your kind words!
You just put so much bacteria back on your instruments after disinfecting them 🤦🏾♀️. Use Distilled or R/O water.
Just got a pimple extraction kit so this is good to know.
what ratio of barbicide to water did you use in this video? thank you!
Hey Sara, It's 2 oz (1/4 cup) concentrate to 32 oz (4 cups) of water. Double check the label though!
@@GinnyxBeauty 32 ounces of water fit in that tray?
How much oz of water for this tray ?
I love your videos they are so to the point and informative!
Thanks Victoria!! You are so so sweet.
I like the tip to mark how much to use on the bottle so you don’t have to re-measure thank you x
Im here because of my modules✊😔

Hey Jessica, it totally depends where you are located. Each state/province has diff regulations. Some don’t have regulations at all too

yeah I also am curious! I thought we are supposed to cleanse then disinfect and leave to dry?
The answer to your question is yes. She should’ve used distilled or R/O water.
@@wuzabella She should’ve used distilled or R/O water if anything at all.
I see that you have rubbing alcohol on the sink as well, did you disinfect with that as well?
I don't use it for the tweezers but I use it for my other supplies! (ie. the bed, lash cart etc.)
How often do you replace the barbicide in the tray please?
Every day for barbicide. 14 days for cs20!
❤
For the lash tray, after you’re done and throw away the Barbacide do you need to rinse out the lash tray?
Yes! I def rinse the tray :)
Do you change the Barbicide after every client ?
Im little confused that I thought barbicide is not recommended for disinfecting tweezers? in BC I was going to buy Preempt is there any difference? 🤔
Hey girl!! We are also making a video for CS20 soon :) Every single state or province has its own requirements!
Thank you for the video! Well explained. Had to subscribe
Omg! Thank you for subscribing Ashley. it means so so much to us 😩
@@GinnyxBeauty my absolute pleasure!

Thank you 🙌
Thank you
Great Video
Thanks Rivera!
Great thanks
you're welcome!!
Hello, what product do you use to disinfect tweezers between your client ?
Barbicide :) all links to products in description box.
Thank you so much 🥰
You're so welcome!!!
If you don’t have Barbicide, bleach water works too😊
What is the exact barbecued fo water ratio
Barbicide*
Hi Jade!
It's 2 oz (1/4 cup) concentrate to 32 oz (4 cups) of cold water :)
@@GinnyxBeauty hi, can you please specify the exact measurements you used in the video? was it 20 ml to 250 ml?
Is it just me that thinks all this is too extra? Maybe washing them with an antibacterial soap and and wiping them with alcohol would be fine? 🥲
Absolutely, not. Unless you want to give infections smh.
It is not extra. This is how people can get certain viral infections and stds from people they’ve never come in contact with.
@@seunfunmiariyo9523if i use them on myself only, do i still have to do all this😭
can you pour the barbicide down the drain after youre done?
Yes! As long as the barbicide is diluted :)
