Sir I say keep on doing what you do, ignore what everybody says negative about your videos. I enjoy your videos and learning from them. It gives me ideas that I didn’t think about. So I would say keep on keep on. Thank you for making it easy for some of us.
Excellent job… I love watching your videos… You don’t do anything half assed… The glue on the end cuts is a perfect example… Your design is simple, strong, and perfect.
Always good to see one of your videos pop up in my notification list. That is a smart looking greenhouse. Using the wire panels is perfect for potting and watering. Thank you.
That's a great greenhouse. I expect that the cost and effort dictate that you will add more shelving and perhaps a center table, all in order to grow more. If and when you do, I look forward to seeing what you did.
Great attention to detail and what a beautiful Greenhouse. If you're looking for future ideas for videos I think you need to do a series on SketchUp. I think you're a great teacher. Looking forward to your next video
Gracias por el video. Es increíble lo qué haces y el nivel de detalle que tenes. Ojalá algún día pueda hacer algo como lo qué haces. Saludos desde Argentina
Sir, could you please take the time to answer my question? Would very much appreciate it what is the width and length for both the top and bottom shelves. Please what is the height from the floor to the first shelve and the height from the first shelves to the second shelf? I am planning on placing cedar legs 4X4 for the bottom shelve. The legs will be decorated by cutting into the wood. How would you suggest making the top shelves? My little greenhouse will be 8 X 12 ft. I am planning to place the shelves on the 8 ft side be sure it will get the most light. I will have two windows. How long do you suggest for the shelves? Do you think I could put three shelves instead of two? If you think I could how do you suggest I could build them? Please can you provide measurements? Beautiful shelves you created. I thank you in advance for the information and help.
90 degree stops are genuis. I just got new skirts. when my guy installed he used a black product along the ground edge. I hope that is some kind of sealant, that you might consider. it was painted on and obtained at homey despot.
Missed your videos! Looks great as always. I’ve had concerns before with end grain and glue for my own projects but there is a solution to that, put on a solid layer of wood glue to the ends and allow to dry till tacky, then add more when you’re ready to attach and it should be enough glue already soaked up into the wood grain to improve the connection. It works and I got that tip from Tamar at 3x3 Custom channel here on YT. Question, how to do a garden fence (doesn’t have to be permanent but semi wind proof) without having to dig out posts? Any ideas? I have a gas line that runs by the garden but I need and want a 4-5’ tall cedar fence with inset hog wire panels. Posts in my area are supposed to be 3’ roughly deep because of frost line and I’m afraid I’d hit the gas line.
Thanks for the tip there! For the fence I would look into pencil posts. They look like they would not be too difficult to pound in. For the gas line I think you would need the utility to come and mark where it is so you won't hit it.
Yeah, what a stupid move, to reuse the wire grid that was already there. He should have spent money on SS wire grid. That free grid will only last 200 or 300 years. What crap!
@@idontthinkso666 Wenn schon so viel Geld für solch ein Gewächshaus vorhanden ist, dann kommt es auf die paar Euro auch nicht mehr an ..es geht ja nicht um die Haltbarkeit sondern um die Ästhetik...
Even if it was made out if cheap non treated, unfinished pine you could probably get double that out of it. Seeing as this is cedar, I'm guessing its good for 20+
They will last for a long time even its cheap pine. They are not in constant water. So no problem at all. And the greenhouse is in ceader that will last 50 years at least. Maybe more if its treatet regulary.

Very nice. Your attention to detail is second to none.
Thanks!!
I love the series. I love your simple designs and as always your graphics are always stunning and is well edited.
Thank you so much!

You could always add some tremclad to the wire mesh to prevent rust stains.
You’ve done a great job with the build, looks beautiful 👍
Thanks!
Looking good sir! Mama seems to be pleased as well. Looking forward to the rest of the installments.
Thanks! More to come!
Hooray for an upload! You have been missed!!!
Thanks! Life can get busy...
Great series MaT. Beautiful greenhouse. Love your content and presentation style.
Thank you kindly!

Love your cat video-bombing the end end of the video! Beautiful!
Thanks! Yeah...Max loves to get in a shot once in a while.

Riiiiight at the end in the reflection of the greenhouse wall I think I see a kitty cat
Oh boy, I hope we get some Max cameos!!
Nice job 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Beautiful! I want to build one ☺️
Thanks!

There's a link in the description for free plans.

You could hinge the braces so they pivot in between the studs and hinge the shelf so it drops down.
add a radius where you relieved the bottom of the front boards for the support arms. what you did is prone to splitting.

Very well built and Carfully thought out. Will you paint the shelves’ wooden parts?
Thanks! I think we will leave them raw. And replace anything that does not wear well.
Are you going to do the last in the series where you discuss cost etc?
Yes I will. I got sidetracked this winter with a big project. But, I have most of the figures worked out. Will get it out as soon as I can.
12:58 Payment 😂
LOL
Have you considered nails vs screws? Cheaper and potential perform better.
I like screws even though they take longer. I have several air nail guns and I'd use them if I was doing production work.
Please comment on the performance of the greenhouse. Any changes you would make to the build? Thanx for your reply. Mark & Vicki
heavy shelves and a bracket with no mortises and tenons... some glue and a few screw. mkay_)))
Why didn't you use the same design for upper and lower shelves?
No particular reason. But, that would work fine I think. Just make smaller brackets for the upper shelf.
I would have taken a stainless steel grid for this great greenhouse.
Darn previous owners not leaving stainless steel out in the field! RUDE!

you could cover a lot more ground by NOT showing us how screw in dozens of screws.
No way would, I put rusty shelves on that
You make, sense not.
That will rot to the ground inside of 4 years. Guaranteed.
lol. You trying to be serious?
