Rüstem hears the chaos in the palace and goes to his daughter's room panicking. Hümaşah isn't in her room. As Mihrimah mourns for her daughter, Hürrem goes to ask for an explanation from Sultana Şah. Sultana Şah gets shocked and gets determined to keep Nigar silent.
Rüstem looks for his daughter in the whole capital and learns that Nigar has kidnapped her. The circle tightens and Nigar gets cornered. The showdown between Rüstem and Nigar ends in a shocking way.
Hürrem gets deterimined to send Mehmet to Manisa Sanjak. Rüstem not only sets a new trap to provide Mustafa to be relegated but also tries to provide Lütfi Pasha to be disfavored. He provides a rumor about Rüstem Pasha to be spread.
His doubts about Mustafa prey on his mind. Meanwhile, Prince Mustafa thinks he has lost his value for his father. He gets relieved with his brother's news about sanjak but he falls into Rüstem's trap.
Lütfi Pasha continues to his raids and punishes a prostitute heavily. When Sultana Şah learns about this punishment, they have an argument. Lütfi Pasha makes a deadly mistale while he gets defeated by his rage. Meanwhile, Suleiman makes a decision about Mustafa which is the begining of the end.
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

It just shows that while her family is in danger and her mama bear side is showing, she knows her place in the hierarchy and that she won't let them bring her down. That's one of the many things I like most about Hurrem, she may have her bad side at times but she knows her limits.

Hurrem shows more respect than any of those woman. Sisters powered by their positions as royal members by blood and yet do absolutely nothing but plot, scheme and make threats they can't even deliver on lol. Hurrem is always one step ahead of everyone. She fought for her place there, that's what makes her stand out. She's not afraid of a challenge, she'll fight for her children, she remains loyal to Suleiman. Something in which his own sisters ( Beyhan excluded) fail to do.

Every word that Nasuh said when consoling Nigar to give back the baby (before she jumped) is so true. The fact is, whatever pain she suffered is because of her own poor decision making. Not Hurrem or Rustem. The biggest mistake is when she decided to have an affair with Ibrahim who is a husband of a SULTANA. She should know the consequences. Even probably she had a moral conscience, and some advise from someone she respect like Daye Hatun, she still blinded by a fake love. She is a pretty, smart, and fair kalfa in early episodes but later when she became scheming, stupid enough to betrayed Hurrem, and a homewrecker when blinded by love, her character development is a bit frustrating tbh. The most stupid part is when Ibrahim wanted to cut off their relationship so easily after they got caught, she still didn't get it! She still in love with a man that hurt her FR 😑From a smart respected kalfa to a sad woman - its either the writer wants a different kind of plot or they wanted to end her character easily 😂 i hate Hatice too but i also dont support a homewrecker so whatever it is, i think she deserved whatever happened to her. Sorry Nigar fans
Don't apologise you're right. The character development is appalling which led to so many questions that makes is so unrealistic. How did Ibrahim meet a kalfa from Suleiman's harem to begin with.

He's the one who sent Gulnihal (Maria) to him the night Hurrem gave birth to her first child. smh I don't understand how she could want him. He choked her in broad daylight trying to get information from her once. I believe it was the episode Hurrem got poisoned and he had to act worried for Suleiman's sake.

Now that we've seen Nigar plummeting to her end, I'd like to say a few words in her honour.
Nigar, we met you as an intelligent, loyal and competent steward. A khalfa if you prefer. You quickly became one of Hurrem's most trusted and reliable allies.
If you had continued serving faithfully, you would have been rewarded with a suitable husband and you'd have a family of your own. And then you chose to throw everything from the window. When you chose to go after Ibrahim, or respond to his advances. Whether the former or the latter happened it matters not. Both of you are responsible for what happened.
A small dose of pleasure resulted in so much pain. A rightfully infuriated wife turned her ire on you and your child. You chose to help your former friend's enemies. And eventually, you got married off to a doucebag. Finally, you were seperated from your child.
I really want to blame you for this whole situation. But at the same time, I can't. At least not fully.
Farewell, Nigar. May your impulsivity and poor decision making be a lesson to us all

Yes, Hatice had a right to be angry. But the aim of her anger should be Ibrahim, not Nigar. Like Shah, who was angry at Lufti, not his 'lover' (when she thought, he betrayed her)

Honestly Vahide is as true Hürrem Sultan but the way that Meryem put in Hürrem's show is fire. Meryem is Hürrem's soul in the show ❤
Both Nigar and Hatice made a scapegoat out of Hurrem. Ibrahim was the cheating, lying, abusive bully.

I know that she had some faults but she was used and endangered by everyone, no wonder she became like that.
Hurrem put her in grave danger when she revealed to Hatice that she was pregnant, Nigar had a very bad time there, her daughter was taken from her and she almost died. Hurrem knew there were very big risks for Nigar but she did it like even.
Sah used always and was ready to have her killed without hesitation so that her guilt wouldn't be exposed.
Hatice mentally tortured her by making him think her daughter was dead and giving her bad times. Mahidevran also tried to use her and had no compassion for her
The worst was Ibrahim for me. At least Hurrem and Mahidevran had reasons for using Nigar (although I disapprove of them) and even Hatice and Sah in their own ways. Ibrahim was a bad man towards Nigar especially because of his ego which is unforgivable.
However no matter how much I like Nigar I was disturbed that she got caught up in Ibrahim's vortex. Whether she wants revenge on Hurrem I can understand that or whether she is pretending to be used by Mahidevran to better betray her I can understand that too . But that she refuses to take revenge on Ibrahim and still loves him is very disturbing to me.
At least even if Hurrem was too dependent on Suleiman, forgave him too easily I can understand even if it's very disturbing (she had lost a family and absolutely wants to find another even if it means having Stockholm syndrome). Same goes for Mahidevran though she did well to give up her love for him. But we have little explanation about Nigar's attachment to Ibrahim even though we have a video where he tries to console her most of the time he was horrible with her. I would have liked that instead of Nasuh Effendi it was Gul Agha (who is temporarily returning) who convinced her to return the daughter of Rustem and Mihrimah because personally I think he was the only one who really respected her and who even risked his life for her. It would have made even more sense (and I would have liked to see him again, I admit it) especially since she had a debt to him and she had betrayed her, so she would have given in more easily.
Who finds that Cennet Kalfa and Nigar Kalfa have some interesting parallel (although they made different decisions).
Nigar deserved so much better than what she went through. In her relationship with Ibrahim she became a victim of the show's sexist writing.

But let's be honest all characters in this show especially women deserve better in term of writing like we said before ( even if I am agree that both in real life and show Suleiman can be very cruel they butchered him , even when the writers are right for a idea they are wrong to describe it).

I don't say I like the stuff they wrote, but this is how I explain it to myself. And usually in TV shows female characters suffers from being written very badly. for starters, let's clarify something: Nigar was sent in Mirimah's palace to kill Rustem and Hurrem. Her, kidnapping the baby was never a part of the plan.
I want to believe that even Sah and Hatice draw the line when it comes to babies. They maybe be Hurrem's enemies but they're no monsters. Especially Hatice, who went through such great ordeal to become a mother, wouldn't condemn another woman (who hasn't f..ked with Ibrahim), let alone her own niece in such pain

And yet they 1. Didn’t help find mihimah’s baby they just told Hurrem to “know her place”, they didn’t even act like they cared that a baby of the dynasty they care so much about was taken, and 2. Sha kidnapped princes of the sultan to teach Hurrem a lesson. Those boys could become the next sultan but sha had to teach Hurrem that she was just “a slave” (even though Suliman freed her, had 5 (6 in real life) breaking traditions, and married her.)
@@thebigw3651 now that you've mentioned it, I struggle to understand Sah's plan when it comes to the abduction of Bayazid and Chiangir. And if you're asking me, for a smart and farsighted person as she claims to be, Sah's plan was utterly...poor.
What exactly was she trying to prove; And put that aside. What would have happened if something had happened to Bayazid and Chiangir during this "performance"; What if Hurrem had told Suleiman that everything had happened on Mustafa's orders who had moved to seize the throne while Suleiman is alive;
With that stunt, Sah, who claims that she has the dynasty and its wellbeing close to heart, put in danger three Princes. THREE!
Say what you want about Hatice, but she at least wouldn't have pulled a stunt that could potentially endanger her nephews and nieces.

She had a baby with Ibrahim Pasha (Hatice Sultan's husband at the time), and the baby was taken form her. She doesn't know what happened to her. I think she was calling Mihrimah's baby by her daughter's name, which is why they were saying she's lost her mind.
