    Getting ready to buy a property in Spain, will look in your area, sorry to say i didn't understand half of what ye were saying, perhaps ye wouldn't understand my Irish brogue either.

    Getting ripped of by estate agents is a good one, next advice is stay away from Brits working as estate agents or 'runners', you will be fleeced. You need a licence to be an estate agent.
