Love in an elevator, Sweet Emotion, Walk This Way, Last Child, What it Takes. Just to name a few. They’ve been around for 50 years and have countless hits and even more deep tracks that are just as good.
Aerosmith started in the early 70s, but lasted throughout the decades. They are an American band that was formed in Boston Mass. As far as bands go, i feel thet are very well rounded, but the thing that sticks out most for me is Steven Tylers prolific vocal abilities.
i heard him say things like "so this is the original" several times in this reaction so i'm confused as to why you need to correct him like this. did he phrase something imperfectly one time somewhere that i missed? even if he did it's pretty clear he knows how time works overall based on what he said.
This is the only band I saw in concert twice! They are that good, and they put on a hellava show!! Love Aerosmith! My favorite song of theirs is Lovin in an Elevator!
aerosmith also shared their sample with Run DMC, and performed the hook on walk this way. from my understanding that collaboration was a bridge from hip hop to rock. that was the first time I ever heard hip hop. we lived in a small snowy town in Ohio, no one was listening to hip hop. it changed the way I looked at music. but yeah eminem used the sample to sing for the moment. lots of people already commented before i got here. some rock bands are not willing to share but not aerosmith with which their fan base grew.
Thank you so much sir!!! My mother listened to them when I was growing up. I prefer their older stuff, but they have a HUGE amazing catalogue! From one of their older albums, I would recommend Toys In The Attic, Adam's Apple, Uncle Salty...actually the whole album Toys In The Attic is pretty awesome. Again, thank you for your time and hard work for putting out this videos, it's much appreciated. From Canada.
I saw then twice in the 80's, first time I was against the stage, second time I was at the 3rd row. -Sweet Emotion (OMG AMAZING) -Walk this way Led Zepplin -Ramble On -Since I've Been Loving You -What Is and What Should Never Be -Whole Lotta Love -Good Times Bad Times -Going to California -Babe I'm Gonna Leave You -Dazed and Confused -Immigrant Song -Kashmir -Rock and Roll I can go on and on...
Steven actuall6y lives in Maui today. my honeymoon was two weeks in maui back in 2016, and every day I tried to look for him - actually found where his house is, but several years ago, he had a 14 foot lava rock wall built b/c of fans being too nosey !!! I LOVE STEVEN TYLER!! Saw Aerosmith in VA Beach back in 2002 for my 22nd birthday. Kid Rock opened for them - AWESOME SHOW!!!!
Aerosmith wrote and recorded this song, in about 1972, I think. Steven Tyler (Lead vocals) has one of the greatest voices in Rock, along with Robert Plant, Steve Marriott (Small Faces) and Paul Rodgers (Bad Company.) Listen to "Walk this Way," by Aerosmith it's sort of "Rap" before Rap really existed as a music genre. This is a great "Classic Rock" era Band.
Sometimes it takes a reaction video for you to realize how you feel towards a song. Waiting for you to get to Steven's epic scream made me notice how the Dream On basically keeps edging you for this part, it's getting there, getting there, and it comes back to the calm verses, then again and once more until it delivers you that ultimate moment (Yes, I know how this reads, I regret nothing)
it’s from 1973 you might’ve heard the song hotel california by the eagles which was same time period which sounds similar and could be what you thought sounded the same
Although Aerosmith has had a long and successful career no doubt - I mostly only listen to early stuff from the first handful of albums when they rocked hardest. Toys in the Attic and Rocks especially packed with energy and mean ass riffs!
It was released in 1973 and Aerosmith is from Boston, Mass in the United States. Fun fact, Stephen Tyler, the singer, is Liv Tyler's father. ruclips.net/video/Q6mQJwq-o54/видео.html
If you would like to react to an artist you might not have heard of, I recommend Aesthetic Perfection with Gods & Gold. Richard Z Kruspe from Rammstein is featured as an additional guitarist
hey man, good seein ya... hey other songs by these guys to try.... Train Kept A Rollin, Toys in the Attic, Uncle Salty, Draw The Line, Last Child, Mama Kin every song on their first three albums... theres too many... its a veritable.... nay... THEY... AEROSMITH... are a veritable treasure trove of fantastic songs, performances and song writing history.... enjoy them to the fullest please.... I INSIST.... ok... ty... peace

What country are you from?
Thanks for the mention. Aerosmith was formed in Boston. This song was released in 1973. Eminem sampled it in Sing for the Moment.
I thought that. Great song 👍🏾
If I'm not mistaken, they actually formed in New Hampshire.
@@TheBrady666 Aerosmith is an American rock band formed in Boston in 1970.

This song is one of the best examples of Stevens vocal range, such an incredible singer
This band STILL performs today with all originals….in Vegas! They are amazing! Steven Tyler is 74 and still kicking ass on stage!!!
They need to kickstart a new era of rock
Love in an elevator, Sweet Emotion, Walk This Way, Last Child, What it Takes. Just to name a few. They’ve been around for 50 years and have countless hits and even more deep tracks that are just as good.
Yes
@@sagetoons198 Dude isn’t terrible, but not really a favorite of mine.
Aerosmith was a true god-given gift to the universe. May their legend live long
Was?? What do you mean by "was"?? :)

I’m binge watching your reviews. As a teenager in the sixties and seventies these songs are classics. Glad to see your keeping them relevant
I am too. I just came across this guys channel & he's hilarious 😂
The shir beauty of these old school rock tunes almost make almost burst 😭
Sir. Eminem used this song not the other way around. Eminem wasn't even born when Dream On came out in the early 70s
i heard him say things like "so this is the original" several times in this reaction so i'm confused as to why you need to correct him like this. did he phrase something imperfectly one time somewhere that i missed? even if he did it's pretty clear he knows how time works overall based on what he said.
This was 1973 Aerosmith, and you're right, it's been sampled a lot over the years.
Legends Aerosmith at least 15 greatest hits for all time and ages
I wish I could listen to these songs for the first time again.
Me too! 💜
This is the only band I saw in concert twice! They are that good, and they put on a hellava show!! Love Aerosmith! My favorite song of theirs is Lovin in an Elevator!
They put on such a good show!! I’ll be seeing them for time 5 and 6 this year and couldn’t be more excited :)
Met the singer Steven Tyler in 2009. He was as cool as he sounds. We chatted for a few minutes. Never will forget that.
Aerosmith is my favorite band of all time.
I grew up listening to the guy's in 1973,when this song came out. There's no other singer that has a voice like Steven Tyler.
aerosmith also shared their sample with Run DMC, and performed the hook on walk this way. from my understanding that collaboration was a bridge from hip hop to rock. that was the first time I ever heard hip hop. we lived in a small snowy town in Ohio, no one was listening to hip hop. it changed the way I looked at music. but yeah eminem used the sample to sing for the moment. lots of people already commented before i got here. some rock bands are not willing to share but not aerosmith with which their fan base grew.
Very original…70’s…..from Boston, MA!
The ambulance riff at the end always gets me! Love yourreactions! ❤
Yeah Eminem sampled this for Sing For The Moment, this is from 1973

We had tickets for the 2023 tour. Aerosmith had to cancel concerts due to Stevens voice issues. Sure hope to see them in the next year!

You should check out Toto. Three songs I would suggest is I’ll Supply The Love, Georgy Porgy, and Angela.
The song Amazing changed my life and played I don’t want to miss a thing at my wedding.
You need to hear the Aerosmith song Sweet Emotion
Eminem did sample this song. However this song was around like 40 years prior. Aerosmith is amazing
Although Aerosmith has had a long and successful career no doubt - I mostly only listen to early stuff from the first handful of albums when they rocked hardest. Toys in the Attic and Rocks especially packed with energy and mean ass riffs!
You would love my mom, she cleaned to this on the weekends after church 😂 this is what I grew up on. I’m so glad this was suggested!
They've been around since the early 1970s
usa 1973.. as many already said so no idea why i'm commenting it too!! 😂 adding some random shize. lead singer is father of actress Liv Tyler!
Listen to their album “Get a Grip” it’s their later stuff with a different sound but still amazing.
Its the original and eminem took it for one of his songs. They already performed together, very cool!
My opinion is that we should keep a version of Dream On with Guitar solo of Sing for the moment
Good tune!!🔥🔥
They’re from Boston Massachusetts and came out in the 1970’s
You should listen to the version made for Howard Stern’s birthday bash ! Just incredible
LOVE YA 80S

Try listening to their song WALK THIS WAY by Aerosmith featuring Run DMC. 👍
I believe this is where the samples Eminem used for 'Lose Yourself ' came from.
Far Away Eyes
Steven Tyler was just 24 years old when they recorded this.
one of the best songs hardly reacted to ---seasons on wither
so underrated!!
I would love to see Nathan brown's reaction to Dan bull
