For me, the eviscerator and hemoclobber are the best weapons. Also this new piranha pistol is OP af, like a mini eviscerator, probably the strongest gun for zerk now.
The Hemoclobber makes me feel way, way better than I actually am and has gotten me out of some ridiculously stupid jams, AKA multiple enraged fleshpounds gang-banging me in a corner I accidentally backed into.
There's a criminally low amount of axe representation in KF2. Where's my Dane Axe? Where's my dual wield tomahawk? Axe and shield? Tripwire is slacking. Their imagination, lacking.
I think the eviscerator is underrated. Super versatile, and really good if you are trying to save dosh because you can recycle your blades (and the melee attack still one shots most small - medium enemies). Definitely going to try out some other loadouts though!
Pulverizer to kill Fleshpounds and the hemoclobber to kill small zed and survive more. If my team have good weapons to kill big zeds I change the pulverizer to Static Strikers to kill or stun many scrakes (and zeds) posible, while in the same time parrying and being a Big chungus
I played on zerk and found him very satisfying, especially when I get bonecrusher. But this frost axe-shotgun? Well, well, well, I ques it is time to return to the game
The frost fang is still really good, but just a heads up Berserker has been nerfed in this latest patch. They are still pretty strong, but not insane like they used to be.
One of my personal Berserker go-to weapons loadout is Pulverizer(maxed out) and/or Bone crusher due to their high chance of stunning, of course, these two are my 3th-5th waves(or solo). For late wave, I prefer Ion thruster and Hemoclobber for Semi-supp play.
Interesting that the Fire Axe and Katana are not very good in KF 2, because they were the two best melee weapons in KF 1. KF 1 Fire Axe is an affordable weapon that is powerful enough to stun scrakes with a power attack headshot. It then pairs this with the ability to oneshot clots, crawlers and stalkers with a light attack, or oneshot sirens, husks, bloats and Gorefasts with the correct head attack. It is a bit sluggish but still good. KF 1 Katana is super light and combines a super fast attack speed with the power to one-shot trash zeds. It can also mince husks, bloats and sirens when making head hits. On lower difficulties one can also flinch-lock scrakes to death, just holding down the light attack button until the scrake dies.
My personal opinion: Hemoclobber should be nerfed. I use it quite often when playing Survivalist, but it's just too OP for the price. I don't play Zerk that much. I play using gaming controller, meaning parry spam is just too cumbersome at least for me. Battle Axe would be my favourite weapon for Zerk due to raw damage and coolness factory. But on the other hand it's slow and the switch speed is horrible. I usually end up playing some sort of tank, favoring upgraded Bone Crusher, Nailgun and Medic Pistol. Not focusing on the damage side but protecting and serving my team players.
The hemoclobber should probably be nerfed, maybe keep it the same, but move it up to a tier 4 or 5 weapon. Tankzerker is pretty good and being willing to support with medic weapons is always nice. That build is really strong on maps like Prison. If you hold the choke point in front the watchtower, it is really hard for zeds to get past you.
I feel conflicted about katana being placed so low. Yeah, dmg could be better, but the memories of me going solo endless with some Demon Slayer music on... You just have to try it to see what I mean tho lol.
Personally, i'd say that the worst weapons are the Road Redeemer and Katana Road Redeemer because it's just the Katana with an extra weight block added to it for no justifiable reason Katana because for the price difference between the crovel and katana, the damage output doesn't really justify costing as much as it currently does since the increase in damage you get from the crovel is marginal, and has the same weight and damage mitigation values as the Crovel. Fire Axe is actually a more attractive purchase than either of those weapons IMO because it still fills the niche of being a stopgap towards a higher tier melee weapon, though the main weakness is the unequip speed especially since the light attack swings so slowly that you should still be carrying your crovel around to kill weaker enemies.
Me personally from best to worst. 1. Bone Krusher 2.katana 3.Zwihander 4.pullvurizer 5.eviscarator 6.hemoclober 7.fire ax 8.tesla launcer 9. HR brawlers 10. Knife
What I love about berserker in this game is, even if it specializes in melee weapons, each one of them has their own mechanics and stats, so it's not just spamming one button like crazy, just like so many other games. Even with a full team with only berserkers, I bet they all would use different weapons according to their playstyles :3 So, Vlad and Eviscerator for ranged combat is my loadout. Shovel is a good starting weapon, but I'd rather katana, axe or static strikers to save up money.
@@Anomalyy666 explosion radius was reduced, explosion damage increased, explosion healing reduced, magazine size reduced. Still has longest melee in base game - only shorter than ion thruster

Yes, they have released a letter saying that the DLC weapons will be in a bundle you will get all currant and upcoming DLC weapons. That should be out in another 2 to 3 weeks I would imagine.
It's going to all be bundled in what's called a Season Armory Pass, where you get all released weapons so far, 2 more weapons this Summer, 2 more weapons this fall, and one more weapon in Winter, all for the price of 29.99$ USD. According to Steam, it's set to release on the 23rd of this month, with no known date for consoles
@@LukasTimberwolfW If it's not, i think people like you and I will still get value out of it. Since we're getting like 5 more weapons this year, that would be 50$ if bought individually. Add whatever weapons you haven't already purchased and that gets pretty steep. Since you and I got the game for free though, 30$ ain't bad to get all the weapons, past present and future. :)
Additionally, if you have melee expert on Survivalist then the Hemoclobber becomes an absolute monster.
Oh yeah, the hemoclobber is insanely good for Survivalist.
For me, the eviscerator and hemoclobber are the best weapons. Also this new piranha pistol is OP af, like a mini eviscerator, probably the strongest gun for zerk now.
They are good and yeah the Piranha pistols are pretty great.
The Hemoclobber makes me feel way, way better than I actually am and has gotten me out of some ridiculously stupid jams, AKA multiple enraged fleshpounds gang-banging me in a corner I accidentally backed into.
Ya, that is really strong. it is also really strong on Survivalist!
The Battle Axe may not be the best, but it is ultra satisfying to use if you enable the NVIDIA gibs and fluids setting, it turns enemies into paste
I do like that they added that with the battle ax!
Killing Frames 2
Being that one man who plays mostly kf1 weapons i actually pick fire axe pretty often, and i just like axes so thats pretty much it
I hear that a lot. In Kf2 the fire axe isn't bad, I just find it to not preform as well as the Battle axe or the Zweihander.
There's a criminally low amount of axe representation in KF2. Where's my Dane Axe? Where's my dual wield tomahawk? Axe and shield?

I like using the nailgun with the teslauncher to become the forbidden gunserker

My favorite loadout is Ion Thruster for damage and then the hemoclobber as a back up in case some teammates die/need heals. Such a fun set up.
this is the best setup for healing, crowd control and fighting big zeds

That will probably work just fine for Berserker.

I like the Bone Crusher the most, paired with the Flamberge.
I also really like the Battle-axe and the Ion Thruster.
funny sledgehammer goes boom
