I think its a fair acessment to say yes, she is talking fast, yes she is talking loudly. Is it annoying to most peoples ears?yes. Doesnt mean people are rude pointing out the obvious. Its just unpleasant to listen to. I talk fast and stumbling when im nervous. Im probably annoying as hell too. Lol nice ideas though, better job that i would of done!😁

The news anchors are more calm about it because they do it EVERYDAY. They went to college for it. You guys need to chill.
