How long did it take to get approved? I do not care for the stickers (as a new Mini 4 Pro already has the C1 supplied in the box), I just need the 120m above starting point changed to above current ground..

Very interesting. I almost wanted to purchase a C1 drone. But if this works I will definitely have saved money. I'm curious if you can also set the RID for the mini 4 pro. I will follow this with great interest.

Interestingly the application for a C1 label now goes through OK here in the UK. Previously it didn't, you had to be in an EASA country for it work with a full GPS signal for the drone to check where it was.

Cool and all, but it means when you've done this, you're no longer supposed to fly over uninvolved people. So the only upside is being able to put weight on it and still be able to fly in A1. Because I assume it now loses its C0 classification?

What are the rules to get a drone certified as C0? Does it need to have obstacle avoidance on the sides? Does it require that the drone cannot go more than 50 meters away from the controller when tracking an object? In that case, it takes a bit of an update to the software/firmware to make the Mini 3 Drone C0 compatible! But I would love if it became C0 compatible! Would be awesome to be able legally to fly with ligths a tad over 250 gram!

How they just rule around avoiding to just leave those green lights on while recording?! That's really silly. Those two green lights are so good, when not recording. They are a way better to see your drone's orientation. Ah, that's not doing it for me. Maybe I have to look/wait for an European drone manufacturer. DJI doesnt seem to get it and are stuck into rules without sense. Cheers!
