I am suspicious if this shows who watched your profile or who you may have interacted with. It also doesnt give a time or date and could be just when your friends are active or inactive. I need more proof

These are not showing you who stalks you. They are showing you who you recently had interactions with. There is no way to tell who's looking at your profile.
I just looked at mine and half the people on my list I have not had interactions with at all or for a long time and was surprised who was on the list out of my added friends

How does the first address you type in identify anyone's particular facebook account without identifying an account and providing it's credentials? Whoms account does that active list we are copying the numbers from belong to without providing credentials? I don't understand. Any third party application requires credentials.

I tried this and the active list just tells the people that are online at the time and the last active just tells the people that are offline.
