Found! Leo Hoek van Dijke posted the question on a Gouda local music facebook group and after some hours another local music lover (Marco) provided all the details: "Dit is de band 'Raam' voorheen 'The Urge'. Leden: Jacob Mook (rhodes, gitaar), Willem Oudijk (drums), Albert Jolink (basgitaar). Gast: Rinco Knoop (sax)." Marco went on saying he also owns a 45 minute recording of a gig they did.
I'm Dutch myself and agree that the singer must be Dutch. I hear a slightly Dutch accent, plus it doesn't make sense to me that a singer from abroad travels to a small studio in the Netherlands to record a demo ;) "In my time" we delivered demo's on CD, and that was around '95. So my best guess is that this demo is from before that time. I assume that the studio doesn't exist anymore(?) otherwise they could find more about it. (But probably the first thing you tried) Maybe some persons from the music scene in Gouda can send you in the right direction, like remembering others who worked at the studio at the time and remember something?

Was there any photos or live performances of the band?
There should be! I’m on the look-out 🔭
@@DigginDemos did u find anything?
Lyrics to the song 'Be Worried,' please?
It sound like Sr. Elton John singing
I see what you're saying but this song sounds so much like supertramp imo
I think this is British
Edit: I'm torn between Dutch, Irish and British. I'm thinking the former is most likely
Nah: this singer is definitely Dutch. But he sounds a bit like Gilbert O' Sullivan
@@DigginDemos How is he dutch? Sounds like an Irish Limerick accent to me.

@@bakedsodium6528 For me it's definitely Dutch, but let me double-check with the followers of facebook.com/diggindemos/
@@bakedsodium6528 I wrote a little story about the research www.diggindemos.nl/mr-welfare/
how did you come across this?
I really don't know anymore. Do you recognize it?
@@DigginDemos No I don't, was just wondering
@@DigginDemos By the way, what does RAAM - Gouda mean? Raam is a street in Gouda, Netherlands. Does that mean it was made there?
@@MKDSKairu763 Yes! It was a rehearsal at the Raam street
I wrote a little story about the research www.diggindemos.nl/mr-welfare/
Year of this song?
I just asked the composer: 1980 or 1981
