2 WEEK CHALLENGE DAY 1 - It was pretty hard and was a energy drainer , every exercise were pretty easy but there was a problem in side plank i can't do side planks exercises more than 10 sec so i had to put but a pillow under my elbow to stay steady but it was still hard though i'll learn it in this two weeks and completed every exercise on time for better energy I kept drinking water between every video and in hitt workout i had to drink a lot more water between exercises , overall it was worth energy draining because after completing 4 videos i took a cold shower and i felt pretty energetic (i also go for a 45 mins walk at night but that's my routine but you can add it in your routine too 😉) (I didn't tell you guys that i accidentally did week 2nd day 1 instead of week 1 so replaced both of days like week 1 day 1 is in week two now i know this is pretty confusing but let's just talk about day 2 ) DAY 2 - It was again hard side planks are the worst for me i can't even stand 10 seconds anyway overall the experience was same as day 1 ( and I didn't tell you guys my body measurements so Here it is { Breast - 36 , Waist - 33 , hip - 42 } and my body goal is { Breast - 36 , Waist - 24, Hip - 36 } I know it's not possible in 2 weeks but I'll keep going until i reach my goal, stay safe ; ) DAY 3 - It was again same as the first two days but today I noticed one thing i can do push ups better now i can't do it perfectly but it was obviously better than before and as i did inner thigh burn today so my legs are definitely going to be sore but as I walk at night its a benefit for my my legs don't get sore and I just love this workouts
