    Most of the time issues that have dashes means a collector has the stamp but has never sold so price is speculative

    I was told by an old collector types of stamps that used chalky paper would damage or remove part of the design trying to remove post marks.

    Another great video as always. Coincidentally, the George V stamps you used as the example are what I'm currently cataloguing at the moment - the various greens and reds especially.

      Thanks for the comments. If you use the specialist catalogue there are loads of colour shades especially on the 1d red.
