did this + the "firm jawline and neck" video for two weeks and can really see results, my face is not so round anymore, my cheekbone is more proeminent and my jawline are so much more visible now than it was before this exercises. and it also have the pro thing that is easy to do so i really recommend it all!
This is my 5th day doing this and also the double chin exercises. I can feel that my cheeks and my double chin are getting smaller. I've been depressed lately with the quarantine and all, whenever I wake up in the morning I resent looking my face in the mirror because of my puffy/chubby cheeks and double chin. @@aleyac I wouldn’t recommend you to be focused on observable results bc of you take longer you’ll get frustrated and stop doing it. Whereas if you just do it without expecting that much of a result youll keep going them and eventually will get a result

I decided that I'm going to do these exercises every morning and every night for a month, I will come back right after every week and tell u guys about the results am getting and if it's worth it or not. So its been a week and a half, I've been doing these exercises along with some cheeks massages and some other exercises to fix uneven cheeks and I see a few changes, my face looks more defined I think, is not a big change but I'm being positive and I think if I keep doing them I will see some results soon, I will keep updating.

so, i don't know if i'm just embarrassing myself by doing this, but i will keep track of my results (chubby cheeks and jaw line). day 1: well, I did them both twice and it actually releases a lot of stress while giving me a little tension in my jawline and cheekbones. day 2: I started doing one series in the morning and one at night. I noticed a my cheekbones a little more defined and my jawline remains the same (my collarbone is already defined so I can't really say there are any changes). day 3: Still doing the morning and night thing. So, ¿remember the thing with the collarbone? well, turns out this exercises actually define it more, and it's more notorious when you have a good posture¿? my cheekbones are a little more defined and, no jokes, my skin is slightly brighter. day 4: i'm still a failure. but my jawline is a little bit more tense and, this line under my cheekbone and stuff? it is a little bit more defined. day 5: i can feel my neck a little bit firm. same with my cheekbones. yet, I started to do two more repetitions in every exercise. day 6: my neck is a lot more toned than in day one. yes, not a gigantic change, but it is visible. same with my cheeks, like, they aren't as puffy as they were.
@Ezra Miller now, well, i think it looks good¿ i mean, i really don't like talking about myself but it really does work. my collarbone is waY more pronounced than before, my neck is actually slimmer and firm. same with my cheekbones. i recommend it a lot!

@@aleyac I wouldn’t recommend you to be focused on observable results bc of you take longer you’ll get frustrated and stop doing it. Whereas if you just do it without expecting that much of a result youll keep going them and eventually will get a result

I decided that I'm going to do these exercises every morning and every night for a month, I will come back right after every week and tell u guys about the results am getting and if it's worth it or not.
So its been a week and a half, I've been doing these exercises along with some cheeks massages and some other exercises to fix uneven cheeks and I see a few changes, my face looks more defined I think, is not a big change but I'm being positive and I think if I keep doing them I will see some results soon, I will keep updating.

so, i don't know if i'm just embarrassing myself by doing this, but i will keep track of my results (chubby cheeks and jaw line).
day 1: well, I did them both twice and it actually releases a lot of stress while giving me a little tension in my jawline and cheekbones.
day 2: I started doing one series in the morning and one at night. I noticed a my cheekbones a little more defined and my jawline remains the same (my collarbone is already defined so I can't really say there are any changes).
day 3: Still doing the morning and night thing. So, ¿remember the thing with the collarbone? well, turns out this exercises actually define it more, and it's more notorious when you have a good posture¿? my cheekbones are a little more defined and, no jokes, my skin is slightly brighter.
day 4: i'm still a failure. but my jawline is a little bit more tense and, this line under my cheekbone and stuff? it is a little bit more defined.
day 5: i can feel my neck a little bit firm. same with my cheekbones. yet, I started to do two more repetitions in every exercise.
day 6: my neck is a lot more toned than in day one. yes, not a gigantic change, but it is visible. same with my cheeks, like, they aren't as puffy as they were.

@Ezra Miller now, well, i think it looks good¿ i mean, i really don't like talking about myself but it really does work. my collarbone is waY more pronounced than before, my neck is actually slimmer and firm. same with my cheekbones. i recommend it a lot!
@@ilovemilfs643 only when I stopped updating this. like I said, I did it once in the morning and once in the evening. it's really soothing if you want to relax and start or end the day in a good way.

Maanvi Ahmed I did it for 2 weeks it thought it helped maybe it was a illusion I did this other face exercise that helped ALOT!! I Did for 10 mins eveyday and whenever I was sitting in the car going somewhere I woudk di it again the Chanel is called dr terry you’ll see it there surch how to get Cheekbones and you’ll see a diffenrce on your face

Main effect of any exercise depends upon diet if u are eating too much salt then it will make ur face bloat and u won't be able to see results
