- In todays Episode of The Chronicles of Kayla - Tuesday, June 11, 2024 - because in the last video.. I had said it was may .. and that was not correct -- so fire the editor? ... anyway .. Tuesday was full of just a lot of raw emotions .. Keaton was in a bit of a Baler Picker accident .. He is fine while the LSB is not .. it's something that we will just have to contuie to work around this summer ... but we put the MF 1842S to work.. baling up 1842 bales for the day..

Glad everyone is ok. Everyone is always in such a rush to get somewhere they need to slow down and watch what everyone else is doing. We use to call them dust devils don't know if it was a tornado or not . Every one stay safe.
Running on the roads now are terrible, nobody pays attention! Good you son was ok! A little learning experience for him when being in the road that you have to watch for everyone!

I live in southwest Georgia and people don't pay attention or consider the roadway when farming equipment is traveling on the road....

Another awesome vid! I allways went down the centerline of the roads after a near miss with the tractor and silage wagon. I did not care if drivers didn't like it. My safety was more important.

I'm glad no one got hurt. People are always in sure a hurry and just need to have some patience when coming up on slow moving equipment. Oh and happy anniversary whenever it was. LOL!

Sorry for your loss. Like you said equipment can be replaced family or friends can't. Always going to be Idiots on the road that don't give a shit about passing farmers on the road. Must be the year for bad luck. Damaged the pick on my small square first day out. Then today had a tractor fire. Luckily I think tractor will be an easy fix, hopefully. Then through the weather on top of it, rain in the forecast every 3rd day. Think this fall maybe my retirement. Getting to old the deal with all the break downs and summer heat.
Now Days it's extremely dangerous being on any highway with machinery, people don't have any respect and have no patience! Nice looking hay 👍 Glad he was ok cuz it could of been worse!

That's not a Tornado but Invisible Tedder...LOL How Awesome to see but had to be disappointing too after them beautiful windrows flying around in circles.
Also known as dust devil by older generations. If you drive thru the center of it, you will disrupt the air circulation and most times that will break up the scattering of the windrow.

That's a dust devil not a tornado. We had them all the time in Oregon and Washington growing up.😊 Yeah people don't be stupid and try to pass equipment on the road, wait until the farmer tells you it's okay to pass.😊

Is the LSB a constructive total loss (repairs cost more than the machine's value)? Kayla are you okay? That was a lot of bales. What was the grass quality? You had flat tire, a hey hay-nato, your son getting into a traffic accident, and a tick. At the same time after those two days you had other all the day chores, activities, work, and mom things. Thank you for putting up the videos and sharing all the good and the hard parts of live on a farm. Just know there are many who care very much for you and your family. Be safe and God Bless.
