This show, world of honor and wbl 2 are one of best ongoing dramas right now. If you enjoyed Guardian, this will be perfect. the relationship between the mains is beautiful and very touching.
The plot is basically of Yue Lou who is a police officer and has bipolar disorder, he slowly begins to let in Yu Zhi who is a doctor, and together their relationship grows and morals are tested.
This drama has 30 eps out currently. there are 37 eps in tota. six episodes are released on wednesdays.

*edit: ANOTHER update the the makers have officially dropped the happy ending on their weibo page.* *SPOILERS IN THE REST OF THIS COMMENT*
What happened is the makers wanted to release the alternate ending but mgtv wouldn’t let them and are withholding footage from them. But now the makers have re- edited, re- dubbed, used old scenes and did the best they could to create a new ending for us showing yue lou inviting yu zhi back the country side with him. it’s an incredibly sweet ending, yue lou basically just dreamed of yu zhi dying. yu zhi never died. and zhan gets captured. yue lou and yu zhi eat dumplings as they should and remain happy and peaceful together.

I highly recommend this drama for all fujoshis out there because this got the potential to be as famous as The untamed, Guardian and word of honor.

Their chemistry is not joke. Neither kissing nor touching scenes just patts Dr. Chen's cheeks,grab his shoulder and chief's cute smile while whisling. This is enough to make us addicted😅😅😛😛😘😘

Killer and Healer is a criminally underrated drama, it's on a whole other level. I've always loved dramas that take place in this time period, I love the aesthetic of it, and that was the primary reason I decided to watch it. But the plotline and the chemistry between Jiang Yuelou and Chen Yuzhi kept me so invested.

You are a person of TASTE! While everyone is flocking to Word of Honor I completely abandoned that series after discovering these two. Thailand has for sure lost its BL crown to Chinese BL. Even if they’re not explicit, these CDrama “almost BL” are more sophisticated, emotionally impactful, better scripted, and more beautifully acted by well-drawn characters than anything else out there. Long may it continue! Thank you for your work 💕
Thailand may have a lot of BLs but quality wise Taiwan,Phillipines and korea make better BLs. Even China's "Bromance" is becoming better than them. They have better plotline and cinematography compared to thailand.

I'm surprised to see this drama did not go viral because it has really different plot line and the actors did their job really good, their chemistry was not a joke, the two of them were really good together. their are visuals especially mind-blowing. the historical part of the drama, their costumes were really fashionable. so wish people just learn to recognize and pay attention to such kind of projects instead of just obsessing with one type of theme. you made a really good video by capturing all these important moments between the two and also connecting the lines even though some of them had no relation with what they are doing in that scene xdxdxdd
I think the only reason this drama hasn't blown up is because I think it came after word of honor when people were already mighty impressed by that drama so this one passed under radar. But after seeing this video I think this has the potential to blow up afterwards.
Tbh i noticed mostly historical edited/styled (?) like bromance dramas getting more attention (woh, the untamed etc) than kinda this k&h, guardian etc dramas with 70s 80s style, they just staying underrated masterpiece bc of lead characters acting.
This is not bromance... It's more bl than most typical bl... They just can't say it, but they show it.... They are willing to die for each other and trust each other... If that is not love,what else🤷♀️

This drama is just a masterpiece, the chemistry within and the intensity of the plot just gets one addicted to it,
Even though so many great scenes were cut out due to censorship, it still tops my list of best bl dramas since it was adopted from originally bl transcript,
Added MGTV drops the cutouts treating us to the full!
Not only Dr Chen and Chief Jiang, but also Boss Yu and Junbai have the top chemistry the first two are literally soulmates, always understanding, helping and supporting one another. . The second two have so much anghst I could die,

u analysis it very well...there r 2 couples of the direct opposite direction....again "ying and yang" of filming making....Dr. Chen/Jiang...love n bondship....Yu/Junbai....love n hatred....both Yu/Junbai acted very well too...esp. Yu...so effeminate and elegant...just like a stylish lady....(honesty, u need to be born w it to be so effeminate n elegant). One of the best BL series that I have watched....

Their acting generally was really superb, giving all the emotions on point, one could literally see their feelings pour out of their eyes, like tf..
The chemistry is so good. The acting of the characters is so damn good. Storyline too. WOW. Just wow. Compare to WOH, i like Jiang n Chen chemistry. They are do High flirty not cheap.

i hope these scenes appear in the drama....i watch both Word of Honor and Healer and Killer. different settings but both stories came alive with the characters. Over here, i see that our Chief Jiang YueLou, as tough as he is on the outside, can still be so awkward around that person that he started liking....😘😘😘😘
yes..u got a point....Jiang feel awkward w Dr. Chen around...it is that love aura around them....JIang has to restrain from his feeling.....and Dr. Chen secretly accept his love for him....those stares....neck massage....Dr. Chen extended his hands to Jiang couple of times to give him assurances .....
Currently watching the series, I love them two so much, it's a bit sad that it's so underrated, this drama really deserves more attention and recognition.

I’ve read the novel for this. The drama came out first but the novel is based on the drama and 2 books were released which covers the drama. The novel ending is a happy one. And there is a special ending version for the drama which is a happy one. and the audio drama is a happy end too :)
