- Art Therapy's Success Rate with Trauma, Anxieties and The Loneliness Epedemic | Rawan Bajsair 96
Rawan Bajsair is a Saudi board-certified art therapist and psychotherapist, a visual artist, and an author. For over a decade, she's helped children and adults tackle trauma, anxiety, and depression through art, play and talk therapy. She holds a BS in Art Therapy from Lesley University and an MA in Art Therapy from NYU. Today with Mo, she delves into the profound effects of unprocessed trauma, common parenting mistakes, and the overdiagnosis of ADHD. COVID and social media have exacerbated feelings of loneliness and increased the demand for therapy. Fortunately, science-backed art therapy, with a success rate of 80%, has emerged as a valuable therapeutic approach.

ONE OF BEAUTIFUL EPASODE OF MO. SHOW : )
Loved the episode and rawan is well educated in her field that’s why the talk was so smooth and to the heart ❤️
I never had a panic attack but I understand how it feels. I also have a huge amount of tolerance and acceptance to those of us who struggle with mental health issues. I am with you ❤❤❤
This is my personal experience : during the pandemic in the very beginning of 2020 I was abused by some authorities in Kazakhstan, when they tried to steal my research data. I couldn't accept this and immediately terminated my labor contract with them. The very next day all of the flights were cancelled and I was literally stuck in the middle of the capital of Kazakhstan. So I starter to pay attention to my sport routine and diet more precisely than usually. I remember how hard it was to stay focused on my goals and career. So, I developed my personal hacks of how to manage stress quickly and effectively. 1) Write it down. Everything. It really helps. 2) Use the nutrition that increase serotonin and endorphins production inside of your body. 3) Manage your emotions. You do not always need an external help. Trust your body. Trust your heart. Question your mind.
