Do terms and conditions count as terms of sale?

I think I misspoke on that during the video. They are two different things and both must be periodically updated and checked.

Hi Jim - How can someone contact you for a consultation? Btw I don’t have a Twitter account :) . I’m in Texas with a part time Handyman side hustle that is generating great income and now wants to start a business. Wanted to know should I setup, LLC or S-Corp. Thanks!
