Luca has the mind of an engineer. Must have inherited from grandfather. I see him installing a hydroelectric project that runs a little heat pump for a hot tub next to stream. It could run year round. Wouldn't that be nice after a long day riding e bikes or working in garden.

The climate at my home is very similar to yours. I grow lots of dragoncello (tarragon) for a sauce with anchovies. My son loves linguini with this herb in a cream sauce with reggio parmigiano. Ora ho fame!

It came out really nice. My father also has a small green house where he has planted cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and many other vegetables 🥰. It’s so healthy to plant your own vegetables. You’re both young enough for ebikes. I tried a few days ago with an unfortunate experience resulting in a broken rib, toe, bruises, and abrasions so decided this 71 year old body isn’t built for speed anymore. I’ll just enjoy watching you enjoy yours and sell mine to a younger person.
Wow Luca and Sara , you guys have a beautiful garden and I appreciate you guys use a compost very nice. Just a tip on the tomatoes they like to be planted twice as deep because they'll send out roots. They're one of the very few plants you can plant two or three inches deeper than the root ball. My father and grandfather grew tons of tomatoes and they passed that along to me. I hope you guys are doing well and staying happy and healthy. I love the e-bike they are amazing. I'm like so jealous. 😂😂👍

The weather here in SC, USA can sometimes be crazy. We plant our gardens after Easter. But sometimes it get down in the 30's. I have poleyuthang or plastic domes that I plant over the planted. It creates a hothouse. I also had a black snake that was a pet when we lived in Blythewood. He would come out during the day & sun himself on the pool deck. He will keep your area free of other snakes/rodents. You guys have a awesome Memorial Day & love watching your videos. Take care.

How magical to have that stream/brook/river so near your property. Just the sound is relaxing! Love the idea about pulling energy from the stream. Brilliant idea! Question; have you considered taking some coffee grounds and raking them directly into the soil around your plants? Also, roses love potassium, so adding some banana peels into the soil near their roots helps them.

When you plant tomatoes you can remove the bottom leaves up to the top two sets and bury them deep so that where you have removed leaves will produce roots to nourish and support the plants
