    The fact that you can see Io is insane!

    For any one wondering , the scope costs almost 15,000 bucks and the mount costs $3,500

      yeah but thats because this is a refractor telescope, you can get a dobsonian for the same size of this telescope FOR MUCH LESS money and get the same views

    • @CJFromGroveStreet
      @CJFromGroveStreet 22 часа назад +2

      @TerrariaTree But for planets only . Refractors have much sharper images than dobs of same size

      it is possible but its unpopular due to its angular size of 4 arcseconds

    • @DavidShaneTrueCosmology
      @DavidShaneTrueCosmology 2 месяца назад +1

      We can only clearly see 5 of them with amateur telescopes. But they’re quite bright and self luminous in appearance.

    • @TerrariaTree
      @TerrariaTree День назад

      you can see 5 planets with your eyes, uranus if youre skilled and in a dark place and neptune with binoculars
      you dont need a telescope at all, just go out and stargaze and identify what youre seeing

    • @TerrariaTree
      @TerrariaTree День назад

      @@DavidShaneTrueCosmologythey arent self luminous, else mercury and venus would be bright on the dark side and mars wouldnt have a gibbous phase ever
