    The sleepy girl mocktail that’s been going around on tiktok, some ingredients in it are pregnancy safe I saw! Ask your doctor but I believe the tart cherry juice and magnesium are safe and should help with sleep!!

    Fellow pregnant lady here and one thing I learned after many restless nights is that unisom can actually cause restlessness in some people as a side effect. I noticed that when I’d take it before bed, I’d always wake up around 2am feeling jittery and unable to fall back asleep. If you aren’t dealing with nausea, maybe try stopping the unisom and transitioning to magnesium before bed!

    The stress will go away once baby is there im sure. Its probably the anticipation of having the third baby and how thatll affect your routine with the other two. But have 3 little ones are alot! Ive had really bad anxiety when i was pregnant with my third and even now. My 3rd is 9 months and my oldest is 4. It really depends on how the babys personality is to cater to how she is. Hopefully shes an easy baby for your sake and she just fits in with your family. Just trust everything will fall into place. I know alot easier said than done ❤ cant wait to see this sweet baby girl and im sure your girls will be so amazing with her!

    2-3 transition for us was definitely the hardest I felt like we really had to change our lifestyle for awhile

    Reflexology really helps me to fall asleep (I don't know how safe it is during pregnancy) and it is important to do after you've had enough time to digest food like 4 hours after eating. Also, Shiatsu is wonderful!

    you make chia seed pudding how you want!! theres so many dif ways/options. i use mason jars to cover the top personally and make them like little breakfast portions in the morning and eat them out of the jar w a spoon. use as much honey & vanilla you want (i will also add fresh fruit at the end like after it's done and in the morning), and then the milk portion is up to you it doesn't have to be coconut (i use oat). i like less soupy things so i use less milk. but once you get used to making them you won't need the instructions and you'll make them how you want!

    I was also taking unisom, but I was groggy. So I switched to taking Smidge Evening Magnesium. Based on weight I can take 2, but I only take one and it’s been AMAZING! Just wanted to share because i also needed to sleep

    I used magnesium spray with aloe and it helps me stay asleep! I spray it on my feet and legs.

    Oat and soy milk are pretty close to dairy nutrition wise, if you're looking for more protein, calcium and vitamin D

    If you can fall asleep without sleeping meds, do so, and when you wake up during the night, then take the sleeping meds. It helped me when woke up during the night and was not able to fall asleep. Now I sleep through the night most nights without medication ☺️ hope it helps and you’ll get full nights sleep

    *Try tylenol PM or benadryl to sleep at night. that’s what my OB had me taking bc unisom didnt work.*

    idk if you use lash serum but I found my eye lashes had that issue when I used it. I would have a few super long stragglers and the rest so short.

    You can sprinkle chia on yogurt it’s fine. The point of it is for fibre and omegas. They will expand in your tummy if they don’t expand before you eat it It’s more of a texture preference. That’s why people like chia pudding.

    Hello! I've been following you since you were pregnant with Cove! I have 2 boys the same ages as Cove and Lola, so it was fun for me to be pregnant with you too! haha Also taking a calcium/ magnesium or at least just a magnesium supplement is a game changer, especially while pregnant. Magnesium has so many benefits including better sleep! Calcium and a B-complex supplement would help with your back pain and sciatica pain! Good luck mama!

    If im being honest the hardest transition for us was 2-3 kids 😅 more kids than the parents have hands. My baby only wanted to breast feed & wouldn’t take a bottle so that made it even harder. My husband did alot with the older kids and I basically tended to our newborn until he could eat baby food 🫠 it was rough! Hopefully that not the case for you!

    Do you know where your Vitamin D and Magnesium levels are ? If they're low or on the cusp of being low, it can cause you sleep disturbances. Especially pregnant

    I have 3 boys. And honestly, going to 3 was easier than 1 and 2. I was so much more chill. I knew what to do.. and it was easy. I did wear the baby a lot. Which frees up your hands. My 2 oldest were 5 1/2 and 3 when my third was born so a little older which also made it easier. I wouldn't worry about it. You're pro by the third. Everything just falls into place. 😁

    Magnesium for sleep. It does wonders. It will take a little for your body to get used to before you will start sleeping. And don’t get those whack gummies or something. Do some research and find a good brand

    My OB told me it’s safe to take Benadryl so that’s what I took during my last pregnancy. It worked sometimes and sometimes didnt

    Ask your doctor but you should take magnesium Glycinate! So good for sleep it’s changed my life. I use the Pure vitamin brand

    Idk if it’s safe for pregnancy, but I use the Dr. Teals melatonin body scrub & body wash before bed and it does wonders on settling my mind to sleep! They also have a lotion I use as well and a pillow spray. So if that’s safe for pregnant women I’d give it a try! I’m someone that struggles to actually fall asleep bc I tend to lay there and think about legit everything I have to do 😂 and it helps me so if it’s safe it might help you!

    What helps me sleep, is the hatch (white noise) and a fan . Especially during both my pregnancies. With your iPhone the app it’s easy to adjust noise levels in your babies rooms and yourself. Try it. Hope that helps. This is coming from someone who suffered from insomnia.

    Sounds like Braxton hicks. Don’t rub your belly it stimulates the contractions. Also it’s very very normal and it’s a sign your body is preparing itself for the day
