I think the easiest to manifest is a person, may it be romantic or not. I have manifested people leaving my work place and also people joining my work. I’ve also manifested people spoiling me. I haven’t fully watched the video yet. I am assuming everyone to get their SPs and live a happy loving life with their SPs! ❤❤❤

Forgive them Father for they know not what they do. They literally don't know what they are doing only reflecting what you think of yourself. For your life to change you must forgive them within because you are forgiving yourself for creating that situation.

This is so true, resentment isn't love and we create the negative things ourselves because it's our reality, they don't want to hurt us, we make them do it with the way we think and talk about them. I also want everyone to be aware of certain trends. A few months ago I saw this affirmation everywhere: SP is so miserable without me (and similar ones). I fell into that trap and hardcore affirmed this for weeks and it made me even more angry and resentful. Thankfully I'm now at a point where I woke up and I'm much more careful and aware of what I think and don't just use others' affirmations without asking myself first if this is really what I want. I like your way of seeing them as perfect, that's what I'm doing now, seeing him as absolutely perfect, as kind and sweet and gentle and being perfectly happy together. That is who he really is and always was, don't need any apologies (after all it was all because of my thoughts).
I don't hold any resentment towards anyone in this world. I hurt him unknowingly, I broke his trust because I didn't know how to handle that situation better. I just want to forgive me. He has always been a perfect partner.
Ever since practicing “I am” affirmations and telling myself over and over that “everything is perfect” no matter what happens in my 3D, things have shifted. Me and my mother are currently sharing a car. I was hoping to leave work early last Monday so that my mother could head into work on time. On that particular day, she had to be at work by 12:30pm, but that was also my original time off. I didn’t care and persisted that “everything is perfect”, regardless. Suddenly, patients started dropping off the schedule for the day, even the last patient at 12pm. I asked my boss if it was okay for me to leave early and he approved of it - I was off at 11:30am, had time to run an errand and my mother made it into work early. Even today, my patients all day kept complimenting me! I was told how pretty I am repeatedly, that I “seem like a really fun person” and even an elderly man told me, “young lady, you are awesome” and shook my hand. This stuff is amazing. I can’t wait to see all the other wonderful ways things will unfold for me!

I recently realized I was guilty of this. Manifesting good in all these other areas of my life. But in my marriage, I had been harboring resentment and almost didn't want to see her change. I feel like, even the idea of self-concept is or can be limiting because no amount of words can measure up to the perfection and wholeness/completion of your true, inner self.. that's how I see it and I wholeheartedly resonate with that ♥
You don’t have to do self concept if you can remain in your end story. Things like that will automatically change. It can be helpful for some… but it isn’t needed if you can stay focused. In fact nothing else is needed but focus. All techniques and even meditation and praying are to help train you to focus on the desired state until it you line up with it. I script now mostly but some things I don’t need any technique at all. I won’t say they are harder just that it’s not neutral in my mind yet.

I can totally relate here and appreciate the message. I have had this realization myself over the last few weeks. I now tell myself daily, “ I am now open and ready to receive all the love that has always been here for me.” Because the truth is, it’s always been there, I was just remembering it wrong. ❤️

The forgiveness kind of cleans your hands/heart. So if you always held the resentment of whatever it was you would carry that forward with awareness. And through awareness you would have to write it into your now story. This is so brilliant. I have read dozens of books and this is so beautifully simplified. 🙏

Even though we say they are perfect , somehow we just say it in order to see them change. That is why when we do not see any changes outside , we say ohh no 🫣 manifesting doesn’t work.. most of us struggling to manifest our desires all because we dont (ego) let go of the past. another great video, eric. thank you for that. i‘m great at manifesting sp‘s back into my life by robotically affirming. it always works BUT i was never able to keep them in my life because of resentment of the past disrespectful behavior. i was never able to let the old story go and boom they’re acting the same way as before. i recently manifested my sp back (again) after months of no contact by saying „sp is texting me“ over and over again. but in the back of my mind i kept telling myself he’s seeing someone else. as of yesterday i got a message from him telling me he’s seeing someone else right now and he blocked me. your videos made it finally click for me. i need to change how i view them and finally let that shitty old story go because else it’s gonna be an endless repeating cycle. anything you’re telling yourself is true. all you have to do is to change the story. it’s so simple. greetings from germany 🇩🇪

@LisaB_IFBBPRO For sure, it's an ego thing. I think when they come back, the hole that rejection left open closes. Erik is def right though because it's as soon as I stop arguing with them in my mind and am over it and moved on that they come back. I don't know why I argue in my mind with them and it's like my mind is out of control and can't stop it.
Thank you so much for sharing this perspective. The idea of going inside and doing this work to forgive ourselves for reliving these things is something I haven’t heard worded in this way before. I’ve heard a lot of people refer to the general concept as “the old story” or a “bad self concept,” but those have been more difficult to relate to at times, especially when you’re coming from a childhood with a lot of negativity or trauma that sort of embeds a parasitic idea of life at times. I just wanted to comment to say thank you for the way you share these perspectives. It’s empowering rather than crippling. It doesn’t cause me to internally go “oh no how do I refocus?” Rather, it’s gently pointing out empowering ways to embody the love that we inherently are. I appreciate it ❤ thank you
This is so the video I needed. I know my sp loves me but I was holding resentment that he would sacrifice me to save himself because of what happened before, but that is not true I understand the reflection now. It wasn’t his fault and I see why he thought he had no choice
I like the part from the success story where you said her life changed in 2 months. Even though, yes, time doesn't exist, but it's a good reminder for people to remain vigilant no matter how long we think something is taking.

Here is an example: I lost my husband in 2021. I still see myself as a married woman. I keep attracting married men falling in love with me in my life, or men I can’t otherwise be with. It’s crazy because I don’t know how to get rid of this identity! Maybe subconsciously I feel it will mean losing my late husband.

Start telling yourself you only attract available men or , desirable single men are always around you,,, something to that effect- I understand what you mean though by thinking that your subconsciously attracting available men because you aren’t ready to say goodbye to your husband who passed away, but that is a whole other story I just said too, lol -so I would say your always surrounded by single available men ! And you can still be the identity of the woman who lost her husband, but now you’re available and so are other men!!

I got the apology after maybe 3 weeks of saying “I am perfect. I am the best.” Which is one of Eric’s “short” vids. The apology was weird because I realized probably a month ago during a call with Eric that I was VERY purposefully making the nightmare SP. I would pace around my room and all throughout the day thinking how bad he was and how xyz was bad and I came up with so many ridiculous stories. Now I know that the “now” doesn’t take a break. I have forgiven him a few times. I’ll see him in the 4D while I’m in 3D and we have a quick interaction where I hug him and he kind of becomes my champion. I think in the forgiveness vid Eric said you can see them as always lifting you up and wanting your best - so when I see/feel/view it as that I don’t have to be so upset anymore. I’m an adult man who has been “studying” loa for over 15 years and it has never made this much sense. Thank you again Eric.
Put my toxic past SP out of my life years ago. I moved on so I thought but still held resentment. Went back and saw it different . They are no longer an SP but I feel so much lighter with self love. This works better than therapy. Doing this with toxic family now. I am everyone’s top priority. I am loved ❤
I was holding onto resentment without realizing and it pushed my sp away, like you said in the video. I was hurt that I had been manifesting him and he was still with someone else, and the worst part, doing with her what I was affirming for us. And of course, knowing I manifested it, I resent myself and was too hard and felt stupid. So I had to forgive him but especially myself. Whenever I think about the past, I say nah it's in the past and is irrelevant, he is perfect now and so am I. 🤍
It's not necessary to 'love' other people, as long as you know the ONLY REAL LOVE is the one with I AM. You can if you want to, but it's not a prerequisite to winning and sustaining your wishes. Others are just animated vessels to do your bidding and even their breathing or not breathing is up to your (MEANING I AM, NOT THE PHYSICAL YOU) 'free will choice and wish'.

Erik is def right though because it's as soon as I stop arguing with them in my mind and am over it and moved on that they come back. I don't know why I argue in my mind with them and it's like my mind is out of control and can't stop it.

Thank you so much for sharing this perspective. The idea of going inside and doing this work to forgive ourselves for reliving these things is something I haven’t heard worded in this way before. I’ve heard a lot of people refer to the general concept as “the old story” or a “bad self concept,” but those have been more difficult to relate to at times, especially when you’re coming from a childhood with a lot of negativity or trauma that sort of embeds a parasitic idea of life at times. I just wanted to comment to say thank you for the way you share these perspectives. It’s empowering rather than crippling. It doesn’t cause me to internally go “oh no how do I refocus?” Rather, it’s gently pointing out empowering ways to embody the love that we inherently are. I appreciate it ❤ thank you

Here is an example: I lost my husband in 2021. I still see myself as a married woman. I keep attracting married men falling in love with me in my life, or men I can’t otherwise be with. It’s crazy because I don’t know how to get rid of this identity! Maybe subconsciously I feel it will mean losing my late husband.
First start by stop saying you only attract married men or ones you can’t be with. Change that story. 🩵

Start telling yourself you only attract available men or , desirable single men are always around you,,, something to that effect- I understand what you mean though by thinking that your subconsciously attracting available men because you aren’t ready to say goodbye to your husband who passed away, but that is a whole other story I just said too, lol -so I would say your always surrounded by single available men ! And you can still be the identity of the woman who lost her husband, but now you’re available and so are other men!!

I got the apology after maybe 3 weeks of saying “I am perfect. I am the best.” Which is one of Eric’s “short” vids. The apology was weird because I realized probably a month ago during a call with Eric that I was VERY purposefully making the nightmare SP. I would pace around my room and all throughout the day thinking how bad he was and how xyz was bad and I came up with so many ridiculous stories. Now I know that the “now” doesn’t take a break. I have forgiven him a few times. I’ll see him in the 4D while I’m in 3D and we have a quick interaction where I hug him and he kind of becomes my champion. I think in the forgiveness vid Eric said you can see them as always lifting you up and wanting your best - so when I see/feel/view it as that I don’t have to be so upset anymore. I’m an adult man who has been “studying” loa for over 15 years and it has never made this much sense. Thank you again Eric.

Put my toxic past SP out of my life years ago. I moved on so I thought but still held resentment. Went back and saw it different . They are no longer an SP but I feel so much lighter with self love. This works better than therapy. Doing this with toxic family now.

I was holding onto resentment without realizing and it pushed my sp away, like you said in the video. I was hurt that I had been manifesting him and he was still with someone else, and the worst part, doing with her what I was affirming for us. And of course, knowing I manifested it, I resent myself and was too hard and felt stupid. So I had to forgive him but especially myself. Whenever I think about the past, I say nah it's in the past and is irrelevant, he is perfect now and so am I. 🤍

It's not necessary to 'love' other people, as long as you know the ONLY REAL LOVE is the one with I AM. You can if you want to, but it's not a prerequisite to winning and sustaining your wishes. Others are just animated vessels to do your bidding and even their breathing or not breathing is up to your (MEANING I AM, NOT THE PHYSICAL YOU) 'free will choice and wish'.

Been with my SP for 5 yrs. There are a lot of things I resent and probably haven’t fully gotten over. It’s hard to convince my mind that stuff never happened and that they’re perfect. I’m not perfect either. I know this is the “work” I have to do to so I can be in my desired reality though🙃
