I want to share a literal miracle with you. I have struggled with an autoimmune disorder that causes my body to reject all food and I will have months long bouts of severe abdominal cramping and constant diarrhea. It has been so debilitating I often cannot leave my home and have been very weak with unhealthy weight loss and limited in what I can physically do. Since binge listening to your teachings for the past couple weeks I have completely shifted my belief system. I daily state that my body is healed and perfect, that I am strong, and that EVERYTHING works together for my ultimate good because I am all that is. For the past 24 hours (in the 3D) I have had no pain and no diarrhea! My energy level has skyrocketed and I feel like I am floating 3 feet above the ground!! It’s totally life changing to understand who I really am and the power I have to decide what I experience. I cannot thank you, the universe and myself enough for manifesting your teachings!! ❤❤❤

In our neediness we repel, in our completeness we attract 🌸 There truly is a pattern. Whenever I let go and also quit all forced manifestation content on RUclips (the desire was still somewhere in my heart obviously but I stopped pedestalising it and started to think like "it would be nice to have it, but if not, whatever.. my peace is more important"), my life started to run smooth again. My mental health improved so much too. Now I don't even forcefully push against 3D circumstances anymore or flip thoughts because from my experience, what we resist, persists. By trying to flip thoughts with lots of resistance, you give the thing in your 3D so much more power over you. Acknowledge it, let it be there, be like "whatever" and don't hyper focus on it/or trying to remove it from the 3D but bring all your energy back to you! It's YOUR energy. YOU deserve to have it. NOT the circumstance. Chill out, meditate, do whatever feels good to you and just love yourself. You're important and your feeling state. Nothing out there matters 🕶

Talk about physical appearance how to alter physical appearance then can we also use this awakening to better other peoples lives(loved one's)
