Oops - toilet open. It has a lid so you keep fecal air dispersement from happening.

Nice video; I am particularly interested with the setup of the gazebo. Is it adjustable to fit the size of your deck or custom-made? Could you send the purchase link from Lowes? Thanks

A very modern and beautiful home!! All the features are so well thought-out. Quick question: the outdoor furniture, do you take them inside when there's rain or snow or do you just leave them?

Thank you so much ❤️ we put all the cushions in the shed when we know rain is in the forecast and then when winter begins they stay in the shed and I bought patio furniture covers from Amazon to place over the furniture itself. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much! You would need to collect a 20% down payment and then go to a lender to get a mortgage. I have a video regarding mortgage criteria on my channel as well if you’d like to check it out. ruclips.net/video/r2Re-NMipyg/видео.htmlsi=7FywINY0PiWSLIDJ

Putting well-earned money into the stock market can be over emphasized for first-time investors, unlike a bank where interest is sure thing! Well, basically times are uncertain, the market is out of control, and banks are gradually failing. I am working on a ballpark estimate of $5M for retirement, and I have a good 6-figure loaded up for this, could there be any opportunity for a boomer like me? I'm nearly $1M after subsequent investments so far

Sincerely it's best to seek an advisor right now, unless you're canny yourself. As a business owner in both the service industry and eBay reseller of all product categories, I can tell you we’re in a deep recession and everyone is running out of money.

Very true, people downplay advisors role, until burnt by their mistakes. I remember just after my layoff early 2020 amidst covid outbreak, I needed to stay afloat, hence researched for license advisors.

Please who is the consultant that assist you with your investment and if you don't mind, how do I get in touch with them?

My consultant is Jenny Pamogas Canaya , She has since provide entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can look her up online if you care for supervision. I basically follow her trade pattern and haven’t regretted doing so

Winnipeg crime is heavily concentrated in certain pockets of the city, mainly downtown areas. Winnipeg itself is generally safe, especially in the south of the city. The crime rate is also based per capita, so statistically it shows highest crime rate in Canada, but the population is much lower here in comparison to other cities around Canada. I’m from Toronto and I can tell you I’d be more afraid in Toronto than in Winnipeg. Just avoid the dangerous areas and you’d be fine.
