Hi Lee, we are taking Adam's course but also have a lot of questions about Booqable. We are just getting started this season and had a consultation with them yesterday, but they did not have a solution to a few of our questions. We require a 30% downpayment at the time of booking and collect the remainder one week prior to the event. Within our contract, we require initials on multiple lines and a signature at the end. How do you do accomplish this with Booqable? Is there a work around in the system or do you have to use something else entirely? We do not offer pickup, we only deliver so there is not the in-person opportunity for a signature or payment. Thanks! Your videos are incredibly helpful.

You charge their credit card. Make sure to take a credit card, picture of their ID and make them sign a contract that gives you permission to charge their credit card.

How do you deal with local deliveries since booqable doesnt have a local delivery option?

Tag every delivery with #delivery. And each pickup with #pickup Then each week when you are making your route, filter by keyword.

I have always had a registered business. But many people don’t. It’s recommended that you do. But lots of people don’t when they start out.
